The hotel is within walking distance (about 15mins) to MITECH and 20 mins to Publika Shopping Gallery. The 2 bedroom comfy suite is very clean and spacious. Hotel is also clean and the staff at the reception are always friendly and ready to help. The first night we had problems with our room key cards and went to the lobby to inform the receptionist. The lady changed the cards and went upstairs with us to make sure the cards worked so that we didn’t have to go all the way to the lobby again if the cards still didn’t work. The night before departure we asked another receptionist about the travel conditions early the next morning and he advised us to leave for the airport early to avoid the Monday traffic which is super hectic from 6-8am. He even helped us book a taxi for the ride to the airport. We requested for room cleaning on the 2nd day and left a tip for the cleaner. The cleaner cleaned the room but didn’t take the tip.
