The room was very spacious with great views of the city, comfortable king size bed and lovely soft pillows. When you arrive at Fraser Residency they have no idea about your booking. You have to call a number which is on the booking and someone comes to Fraser Residency and takes you to a room in the Fraser Residency building. Very unprofessional and a little frightening. One the balcony was a direct ashtray which stayed there for the duration of my stay. On checking out there was nowhere to leave the key. Fraser Residency would not accept as it was nothing to do with them. I called the man who had shown me to the apartment and told him the key was with the Taxi rank. He told me to wait but I was already on my way. Gorgeous apartment, good room, having a bathtub, good staff.
