Nice hotel, great staff, very helpful and friendly.

Excellent stay due to the service of all of the staff which was amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was as presented online and the views were breathtaking. The only criticism we would make is the breakfast which was a bit limited to our taste however the staff were accommodating when requests were made. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Sarande!

Reception staff were lovely and couldn’t do more to ensure we had a great stay. Hotel itself is nice with good decor and facilities. Private beach is a bonus but didn’t use too much as was too pebbly for me, would prefer sand but personal preference. Position of hotel is great for everything, especially the views of the sunset. Overall would recommend.

Every single point was excellent. We stayed in suit room with 3 kids. There were 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and very big balconies. Location was great. 2-3 minutes to beach and many restaurants and coffee shops. Free parking available. Pali is a great person who suggested us some markets, beaches and restaurants. Super easy communication. If I visit Saranda again, I definitely stay here.

Quiet location round by the port - right at the beginning of the promenade & only 1mins walk to the main promenade. Very spacious room & large bathroom. Large comfortable soft bed - luxury linens/bedsheets/towels. Nicely decorated- very clean & comfortable. Nice little veranda to look out over Sarande. All mod-con - large TV, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, safety box. The host was so kind to check us in early & kept in touch by WhatsApp for our early check-out.

The property was in an excellent location - very near the promenade, and close to all the meeting points for trips. The breakfasts were amazing - varied and huge portions! The property was very clean with excellent air conditioning. But the highlight was the lovely family who run it - so kind and helpful, and couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend, and if I'm lucky enough to go back to Saranda would definitely stay there again.

We had a really lovely experience at the property. The place was very clean and well maintained and had all the facilities needed in an apartment. We stayed in apartment number 11, which had a fridge a microwave washing machine and all the utensils we needed. The owner of the property was himself really nice as well. Really loved the place. If I visit Sarande again, I will definitely stay here.

This place is a little gem with stunning views of Saranda and the sea from the rooftop terrace. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, you get the vibe that this is a family run business that puts great service at the heart of everything. Really 5 stars experience. The hotel is perfectly located, 5 minutes walk to the beach, and restaurants at the door step. Our room was 402, views the sea :), with two balconies, that allows us to see the most beautiful sunsets! the room was airy, modern, nicely decorated and was spotless! The bathroom, fantastic! Great 3 day stay at Hotel Colosseum, friendly staff throughout out stay and the hotel was super clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring Ksamil couple of minutes walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants near by

This is an amazing place to stay, staff are exceptional, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The property and rooms were spotless, rooms are very good size, had fantastic working AC and above all breathtaking views.

The couple who’s running the hotel is very friendly and welcoming, and they have the cutest little dog. The mountain and sea view is breathtaking! Quiet, perfect for resting to recover from another day of Albanian adventures.

Simply amazing view from the terrace, big and clean room with comfortable bed, spacious shower. Simple, but filling breakfast. Friendly cats who will give you your morning headbump. Might not be suitable for someone with mobility issues and without a car, quite a bit of climb to get to the hotel.
