New holiday home (December 2025) right on the water in Greetsiel!

The Grachtenblick II holiday home in Greetsiel’s new Grachtenviertel II area combines modern comfort with upscale amenities and a prime location right on the water. Built in 2025, this detached house features 102 m² of living space, spread across two floors and a total of four rooms. Three comfortably designed bedrooms can accommodate up to six people and are ideal for families as well as groups and couples who value upscale living and an ideal setting.

Upon entering the house, you’ll find yourself in the spacious entry area, which leads directly into the beautiful living and dining area: Here you’ll find a large L-shaped sofa with a TV, a wonderful view of the garden and canal, reading materials and games for relaxing hours, as well as the dining area with an adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with: stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with a separate freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, egg cooker, electric kettle, toaster, SodaStream, and blender, as well as a wide selection of all other useful kitchen utensils.
Also on the ground floor of the house, you’ll find one of the bedrooms with a double bed (separate mattresses), a closet, and a TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and heated towel rack. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron, and ironing board.

On the upper floor of the house, there are two additional bedrooms, each featuring a double bed (full-length mattress), a closet, and a TV; one of the bedrooms also offers play areas for children, while the other features a desk with an office chair, making it a great option for a home office. The second bathroom also has a shower, toilet, and sink.

All windows are equipped with electric roller shutters, fly screens, and pleated blinds; high-quality vinyl flooring has been installed in all rooms (with the exception of the bathrooms).

In the coming weeks and months, the garden will be fenced in, the covered patio will be expanded, and a garden shed and an outdoor sauna will be added. Already available are a high-quality garden table with 6 chairs, a Weber charcoal grill, a large umbrella, and a beach chair. In addition, there is a boat dock with a rowing boat, which is available free of charge from April through October (use at your own risk and without guarantee).

Dogs are welcome with prior notice! A parking space is available in front of the house.
