This charming holiday home offers direct access to the water and features a beautiful terrace overlooking the Greetsiel canals. It’s centrally located yet quiet. The town centre—with its romantic harbour and cosy cafes and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The house has been extensively and lovingly renovated and furnished to a high standard of comfort and quality. See for yourself—whether in the spacious living room with satellite TV, built-in radio, and headphones, or in the dining area with its open, well-equipped kitchen—you’ll feel right at home here!

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a chest of drawers, as well as an adjoining shower room with a heated towel rack, toilet, and urinal. Upstairs, on the open-concept loft level, you’ll find another bedroom with two single beds, as well as a second shower room with a toilet. Ideal for a holiday with family or close friends.

Retreat to the open-concept loft with its cosy seating area and let your mind wander. A second satellite TV is available here for you, or you can browse through the East Frisia magazines and the books provided.

The house is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating as well as radiators. Most windows have privacy screens and fly screens. On hot summer days, the electric awning can provide shade.

The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture. The lockable garden shed contains a grill and storage space for the bicycles you’ve brought along. Right by the boat dock, a cosy seating area awaits you. Enjoy your first morning coffee or a sundowner there.

The holiday home comes with two parking spaces. Free internet access is also available.
