Sufficient bed linen (beds are already made), bath and hand towels etc. are included in the price. This chic, bright and modern apartment with balcony and direct view of the watercourse of Sieltief gives a very special holiday feeling. A complete kitchen equipment with filter and coffee pad machine, tea and egg cooker and dishes etc. are just as natural as TV and contemporary comfort (WLAN) - as well as a small selection of books. The bedroom has a high quality double bed (box spring bed). The living room has a pull-out sofa bed, on the other 2 people can sleep comfortably, so that the apartment can accommodate a total of 4 people. In addition, a cot or a youth bed can be delivered free of charge. On the balcony is a round table with seating for 4 people and a lounger - and offers with its view to the Siel exactly the atmosphere that makes a great holiday. In addition, our guests enjoy again and again the community garden and its terraces, where you can enjoy the view and the atmosphere directly on the water up close. Der Ausblick auf das Siel ist super, Leider werden hie auf der anderen Uferseite eine Menge von Ferienwohnungen gebaut so das die Aussicht eingeschränkt ist. Der gesamt Eindruck der Wohnung: Es könnte mal wieder renoviert werden. Die ganzen Blutspritzer an den Wände von dem töten der Mücken ist nicht schön. Nach recherchieren von Fotos ist die Wohnung vor 5 Jahren renoviert worden. Auch der Bodenbelag und noch einige Einrichtungsgenstände könnte eine Erfrischung gebrauchen. ##### Kurt K.
