Home Base: A Comfortable Vacation Apartment in the Heart of Greetsiel

A warm welcome to the beautiful Heimathafen!
This holiday rental, located right next to the harbour, is sure to delight up to 4 guests.
With approximately 65 square metres of space, it offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
There are two bedrooms available. One with a double bed (180x200), the other with two single beds (90x200).
In the bathroom, you’ll find a whirlpool tub for relaxation.
The living room is the largest room in the apartment. A cosy sitting area and a fireplace invite you to relax. You’ll also find a modern dining set there, complete with a great dining sofa. It’s a pleasant place to enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. There’s even a washer-dryer.
From the living room and kitchen, you can step out onto the wraparound terrace. The terrace is equipped with another dining set, a lounge area, and a beach chair.
The apartment includes a parking space right outside the door and a lockable shed.

Thanks to its central location, you can even give your car a few days off: the harbour, the city centre, Edeka, and even the swimming pool/sauna as well as the large children’s playground are all just a 1- to 2-minute walk away.

Do you have a dog? Of course, your dog is welcome to come along too. There is a one-time pet fee of 35€.

The listed rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, gas, water, firewood, internet/Wi-Fi, and final cleaning. It also includes two laundry packages with towels and bed linens. You’re welcome to book additional linen packages for extra guests at a cost of €25 each.
The mandatory visitor’s tax will be settled on-site with guest services.

I’d be happy to provide you with a travel cot for children, complete with a mattress, or a safety rail.
