Shopping, restaurants, playground, mini golf, swimming pool are only a few minutes away. House Kluntje is a modern and very well furnished house. We have placed particular emphasis on tastefully coordinated furnishings. The kitchens are new and fully equipped. Bright living-dining room with exit to the terrace and the garden. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. Shower room with toilet. On the ground floor is a 2nd WC In the DG is the 3rd Bedroom with a double bed. Especially from External blinds in some rooms. Fly screen. Cot, high chair, play area with toys + children's furniture. In the garden sandpit, sand toys, rocking horse and bobby car. Garden with garden furniture + large fireplace grill Internet Greetsiel the romantic fishing village with its picturesque alleys, the harbor with crab cutters and old town houses, the historic period from the 17th Century, is one of the most beautiful places on the North Sea coast. Watch the fishermen at work, stroll through picturesque alleys, eat fish, boat trips. Ice cream parlors and tea rooms invite you to linger. In the heart of Greetsiel, quiet in a side street. stands House Kluntje and House North Sea Sun and the apartments Sonnenkieker, Friesentraum and Friesennest. The cottages and apartments are very modern and tasteful, very well and lovingly furnished The kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and Senseopad machine. Das Haus ist sehr nett eingerichtet und in der Küche gibt es ein prima Ausstattung mit elektrischen Geräten. Leider ist das zweite Doppelzimmer mit dem Kinderzimmer über eine Treppe verbunden, so dass man dort keine abgeschlossenen Raum vorfindet. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und die Ausstattung für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut. In der anderen Doppelhaushälfte war eine Familie mit Kindern, von denen aber fast nichts zu hören war. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war allerdings die Hellhörigkeit innerhalb des Hauses. Unsere erwachsenen Kinder haben über uns im Dachzimmer geschlafen und deren Gespräche waren in unserem Schlafzimmer leise zu hören. Das Spielzimmer für unsere Tochter (3 Jahre) war super einrichtet. Die Einrichtung war modern und Zweckgemäß eingerichtet. Das einzige was fehlte war ein Gefrierfach. Dies wäre evtl. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Leider ging der DVD Player bei Anreise nicht. Dieser wurde aber sofort durch denn Vermieter getauscht. Großes Lob dafür. Ein wunderschöner Ferienort, ein gemütliches, sehr sauberes Haus und eine total liebe Vermieterin.. so soll Urlaub sein!! Das Haus liegt fussläufig von den Geschäften, Restaurants und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es hat gute Betten, eine warme, harmonische Einrichtung und einen kleinen gepflegten Garten, der nicht eingezäunt ist. Es fahren aber kaum Autos hier, nur Fahrräder ab und zu. Die Wohngegend ist total ruhig und ,,grün,, Überall Wiesen, schöne Pflanzen und angelegte Gärten. Das war super schlecht. Das Haus war im gesamten Bereich sehr dreckig. Anders wie sonst bekamen wir die Karten für Kurtaxe erst am zweiten Tag. Das Haus war kalt und erst auch tel. Bitte kam man uns etwas entgegen. Für ältere Menschen wie meine 83 jährige war das eine echte Frechheit. Auf die nicht vorhandene Sauberkeit angesprochen bekamen wir zur Antwort, es schien sauber und man könnte die Putzfrauen nicht kontrollieren! Doch kann man, denn der Mieter zahlt hierfür eine Gebühr! Im Dachzimmer konnte man jede Nacht Mäuse hören. Gewundert hat uns dies fast nicht mehr. Was man allerdings zugeben muss ist, dass die Nähe zum Supermarkt und das Wohngebiet nett sind. Leider waren wir so enttäuscht, dass dies kaum Beachtung fand. Frau Kreutz war die unangenehme Person, die wir bisher in Greetsiel kennengelernt haben. Das zweite Schlafzimmer unterm Dach hat keine Tür und die Küche mit dem Essbereich ist - insbesondere dann wenn man die Wohnung mit sechs Personen bewohnt - ausserordentlich eng. Eine neue und moderne Einrichtung die sehr geschmackvoll aufeinander abgestimmt ist. Die Küche ist überkomplett ausgestattet. Es gibt zur normalen Kaffeemaschine sogar eine Senseomaschine. Der Wohnraum ist sehr gemütlich und wunderschön eingerichtet. Auch mit Flachbild TV und DVD. Die Schlafzimmer mit hohem Schlafkomfort. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Hafen und im Centrum. Trotzdem liegt das Haus schön ruhig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ##### Sabine B. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und vor allem für Familien toll da es sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten genug Spielzeug für Kinder gibt.Die Vermieter sind freundlich nett und immer ansprechbar. Schönes Mobilar und gute Mediale Anlagen. Das Haus ist sauber und geflegt. Einen Urlaub dort kann man weiterempfehlen. Alles ist auch zu Fuß gut und schnell zu erreichen. ( Lebensmittel und Innenstadt mit Hafen) Super zum spazieren gehen und Fahrrad fahren. Trotzdem ruhig und zentral gelegen. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Archival ### 8/10 Good 16 May 2011 #### Schönes modernes Ferienhaus in toller Lage Das sauber und gepflegte Haus ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Alles was in der Beschreibung stand, war auch im Haus vorzufinden. Die täglichen Gebrauchsgegenstände wie Geschirr und Besteck, Gläser etc. sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden.Die Lage ist einfach einzigartig, man ist in ein paar Gehminuten im Herzen von Greetsiel, Einkäufe können zu Fuß erledigt werden, ein Bäcker ist vor Ort. Ein großer Kinderspielplatz ist ebenfalls nur ein paar 100 Meter entfernt. Tolle Umgebung für ausgiebige Spaziergänge. Sehr nette Betreuung durch die Vermieter selbst, die auch jederzeit Ansprechpartner waren. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent 13 May 2011 #### Wohlfühlhaus mit liebevollen Details schönes Ferienhaus im Herzen von Greetsiel. Zum Supermarkt und Ortskern nur wenige Meter und alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Sauberes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet mit toller Ausstattung wie Kaffeemaschine, Padmaschine, Toaster, Eierkocher, Mikrowelle, Fön ... Hausübergabe und Betreuung durch den Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert. Perfekt für Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern. Zum Schluß noch ein kleiner Wermutstropfen... bei dem schönen Wetter hat uns leider ein Grill gefehlt ;-) Fazit: jederzeit wieder und sehr zu empfehlen ---
