Haus Merlin - Silbermöwe

The apartment Herring in the house Merlin is located in the beautiful fishing village Greetsiel .   The apartment is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible with 1m wide doors in the entire apartment and a walk-in shower . In the large, bright living and dining area you can have a good time and when the weather is nice you have direct access to the sunny terrace . If the East Frisian weather doesn't play along, you can make yourself comfortable in the living room in front of the fireplace .
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation, including a dishwasher. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.80mx2.00m) and electrically adjustable slatted frames and the other with two single beds (0.90mx2.00). Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe . 
For wheelchair users , the bathroom is specially equipped with a shower chair (arm and backrest, a tilting mirror at the sink and a raised toilet with handles .
In addition, the apartment is equipped with a storage room including washing machine and dryer . A parking space is available directly at the house and bicycles can be safely parked in the garden hut. 
The house Merlin is quiet but not far from the center of Greetsiel. The harbor with the delicious fish restaurants is only 700m away on foot.

Schöne perfekte Ferienwohnung

Wir waren etwas enttäuscht, da der Holzofen nicht in Betrieb nehmen konnten, hatten auch schon Brennholz besorgt. Man hätte uns ja mal eine Info darüber geben können. Wir hatten uns deswegen auch diese behinderten gerechte Wohnung ausgesucht, wegen den Holzofen.Die Kommunikation mit der vermietung war auch nur kurz und knapp, man hätte sich ja mal erkundigen können, ob alles ok sei.Das WLAN war auch nicht an, obwohl uns der Code übergeben worden ist. Zum Glück hatten wir WLAN von unserem Handy. Ja wir hätten uns ja melden können, aber wenn man eine wohnung übergibt, sollte man es auch überprüfen, ob alles funktioniert. Die Fernsehprogramme sind total durcheinander, es wäre schön wenn die wichtigsten Programme am Anfang sind, es gibt auch ältere Menschen sich nicht damit auskennen dJetzt zur Weihnachtszeit fand ich die Wohnung sehr kalt, d.h.keine weihnachtsdeko die fehlte leider ganz.Ansonsten war es trotzdem eine schöne Woche, weil es auch sehr nah vom Kern bzw. Altstadt, weihnachtsmarkt, Hafen Geschäfte....war.Wir wünschen trotzdem eine schöne Weihnachtszeit

Uns hat der Urlaub bei Ihnen gut gefallen (bis auf die Stechmücken, wozu Sie nichts können). Weil im Wohn,- Esszimmer nur ein Fenster mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet ist, war es bei über 20° sehr stickig. Bei der Terrassentüre ist unbedingt noch ein Fliegengitter erforderlich. Fliegenklatsche ist nicht sehr hilfreich.

Genieten van de rust

We hebben genoten van onze voorjaarsvakantie in Greetsiel. Het plaatsje is zoveel rustiger in de winter, maar we hebben genoten van de wandelingen, de wind, de gastvrijheid en natuurlijk het goede eten de verschillende eetgelegenheden. Het verblijf ‘ Silbermöwe’ was ruim en netjes. We werden warm verwelkomt en konen graag terug.

sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist mit allem Erforderlichen und Angenehmen ausgestattet - Küchengeräte, Geschirr, Außenanlage inkl. Stellplatz und sicherem Abstellplatz für Fahrräder, TV/Stereo/BlueRay - einfach perfekt. Der Weg ins Ortszentrum ist angenehm und auch morgens zum Brötchenholen gut zu schaffen (ca. 10 Min.). Greetsiel ist ein sehr schöner Ort (leider manchmal etwas überfüllt, aber alle möchten natürlich da sein, wo es schön ist...). Ein gutes Ziel für einen entspannten Urlaub, sehr empfehlenswert. Die Verwaltung durch Frau van Stee verdient ebenfalls 5 Sterne. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles da zum Wohlfühlen...

In wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man einen EdekaMarkt und die Fussgängerzone. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist so wie brschrieben hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es waren sogar Dinge wie Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Putzmittel und -tücher, Zewa, Filtertüten, Mülltüten, Backpapier, Folie etc. vorhanden. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Vermisst haben wir allerdings, dass trotz WLAN kein Internet Fernsehen verfügbar war. Auch eine Eingangsüberdachung wäre bei Schmuddelwetter schön gewesen. In der Küche fehlten mir Behälter mit Deckel und scharfe Messer. Die Beleuchtung im Bad hätte ich mir für die Kosmetik heller gewünscht. Und im Wäscheset waren leider nicht 2 Handtücher und Gästetücher, weswegen wir bei zwei Wochen Aufenthalt waschen mussten. Auch dass das Paket extra kostet hat uns nicht gefallen. Dies alles ist jedoch nur als freundliche Anregung zu verstehen, um das Wohlbefinden noch zu perfektionieren. Wir haben uns ausdrücklich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
