A high-end, like-new semi-detached home in a quiet yet central cul-de-sac location in Greetsiel with a stunning view, divided into the Deichblick 1 apartment on the ground floor and the Deichblick 2 apartment on the upper floor.

You’ll be living in a ground-floor apartment with a magnificent, sweeping view and a south-facing orientation. Shopping for daily necessities is just a few minutes’ walk away. The Zwillingsmühlen, the town centre, and the harbour are also within easy walking distance.

The bedroom features a high-quality double box-spring bed, a wardrobe, and a TV.

The modern kitchen (new in 2025) is equipped with a dining area for 4 people, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, an egg cooker, and a coffee maker (Melitta). You’ll also find plenty of interesting outing ideas, activities, and information (e.g., ferry rides) around Greetsiel on the bulletin board.

The naturally lit shower room features a walk-in shower, washing machine, hair dryer, and underfloor heating for added comfort.

In the tastefully furnished living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa area with a pull-out bed (box spring), making the apartment suitable for up to 4 people. A large TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio are also available. All appliances in the holiday rental are high-quality brand-name products. A selection of DVDs is also available for your enjoyment.

The furnished terrace (accessible from the bedroom and living room) is perfect for cosy evenings. Here you can enjoy the sun all day long, undisturbed and in complete peace and quiet. A barbecue grill, a cosy dining area, and sun loungers are available, as well as a beautifully landscaped garden with a view over the fields behind it all the way to the dike.

The apartment has a separate storage room with a clothes rack, iron, and ironing board.

All windows have exterior blinds, and the floors are covered with high-quality oak-patterned vinyl.

The Deichblick 1 and 2 apartments (ground floor and upper floor) can be rented separately or together as a duplex.

The apartments include a garden shed. One parking space is available for each apartment.

One dog per apartment is allowed upon request.
