Spend your vacation in our exclusive fisherman's house with 5 bedrooms for 2 people and 2 bathrooms.
The newly renovated fisherman's house from 1890 impresses with its exclusive location in the heart of Greetsiel.

When furnishing the fisherman's house, great importance was attached to the historical year of construction and this was combined with modern and exclusive details of today.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower, a kitchen and a lounge area.

There are three more sleeping accommodations on the upper floor and a gallery.
The garden (approx. 200 m²) has direct access to the creek and 2 terraces.

Unser Urlaub war hervorragend, der Kontakt vorm Urlaub wie auch währenddessen mit Frau Kochmann total unkompliziert. Das Haus selber war für uns optimal, da wir auch wirklich nur kurz zum Kaffee (wundervolle Terrasse vorm Siel) und Bettzeiten da waren. Die Treppe ist zwar steil, aber die wurde nicht so oft von uns benutzt, von daher für uns kein Problem. Das Haus war sauber und wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Gerne kommen wir wieder

100% Greetsiel
Super schönes Nordseehaus mitten in Greetsiel gelegen. Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Badezimmer Situation war zunächst etwas ungewöhnlich. Schöner wäre es gewesen wenn ein Badezimmer im OG gewesen wäre, aber das ist halt auch der Charme des Hauses. Würde jedem dieses Haus weiterempfehlen. ☺️

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Frauen in Greetsiel. Dieses schöne Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen......die küche war super ausgestattet und die anderen Räume entsprachen voll den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Das einzige "Handicap " war die sehr steile Treppe zu den oberen schlafzimmern. Die Lage ist super zentral und alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Haus wirklich nur empfehlen.

Schön, mit kleinen „Macken“
Ein sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage und einem kleinen Garten direkt am Wasser. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Gute Ausstattung, genügend Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Grill, Gartenstühle vorhanden. Leider oben keine Toilette. Ansonsten 2 schöne Bäder unten ( ein kleines, ein großes) Treppe sehr steil. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, fanden das Haus aber relativ teuer. Negativ: Im Haus roch es sehr stark nach Farbe oder Lack 🤔. Sehr unangenehm. Die großen Essteller passen nicht in die Spülmaschine ( Propeller der Maschine kann sich nicht drehen und das Geschirr wird nicht sauber). Vl. bisher von einigen Mietern nicht bemerkt worden 🤔, denn wir hatten einige dreckige und klebrige Teller und Gläser. Die Kissen/ Auflagen der Gartenmöbel waren leider nicht wirklich sauber. Ein Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse wäre schön, denn das Sonnensegel bringt nicht viel Schatten.
