The centrally located apartment "Kutterkoje" is ideal for family or couple vacations.

The apartment is located in a traffic-calmed residential street and is only a few minutes' walk from the village center of Greetsiel with its pretty cutter harbor and restaurants.

There is a well-equipped kitchenette in the living / dining area. There is a double bed in the bedroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. The storage room in the hallway offers space for your suitcases or similar. The entire apartment is carpeted except for the tiled bathroom.

Gemütlich und sehr gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Zentrum und Supermarkt ist sehr kurz (5 Min. zu Fuß). Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und schnell. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung

Eine nette kleine Wohnung zentrumnah in Greetsiel. Morgens konnten wir schnell zum Edeka Brötchen holen, die wirklich lecker sind. In 5 Minuten waren wir im Zentrum und ganz wichtig, wenn man mit Kindern verreist, am Spielplatz. Die Anreise war ganz problemlos mit dem Schlüsselsafe. Als wir in die Wohnung kamen würden wir leider von etlichen Spinnen an der Innentür begrüßt. Ich, mit Spinnenphobie, fand das nicht wirklich toll. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war leider auch nicht sehr gut. Alles war verstaubt und im Bad waren sehr viele Haare am Boden und auch in der Dusche. Auch hier wieder Spinnen... Die Dusche war innen an den Wänden verschimmelt. Im Bad war außerdem ein Gasofen, was unsere Kinder ein bisschen in Angst versetzte, da er ziemlich laut knallt jedesmal, wenn man das Wasser anmacht. Auch riecht das Bad nach kurzer Zeit extrem nach Gas. Wir wollten nachfragen, ob das normal ist, da auch die Wartung des Gerätes bereits seit einem halben Jahr fällig war, haben jedoch niemanden erreicht. Im Wohnzimmer war zudem ein Fernsehschrank mit Glastüren, der wirklich sehr verwüstet war. So einen unordentlichen Schrank gibt es nicht Mal bei meinen Kindern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vor dem Aufenthalt sehr nett, freundlich und wir bekamen auch schnell Antwort. Also im Großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung an sich von der Ausstattung und auch der Lage echt wunderbar, aber an der Sauberkeit ließ es leider zu wünschen übrig. Da muss dringend etwas unternommen werden.

Der Service war prima. Leider konnten wir den Balkon nicht wirklich Nutzen (Wespennest). Vielleicht auch deswegen, war er nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Ansonsten prima.

Kutterkoje im wunderschönen Greetsiel

Wir haben eine tolle Woche im schönen Greetsiel verbracht. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Zum Zentrum waren es nur wenige Gehminuten, ca.5min. Der Ort selber hat einige nette Geschäfte und viele Restaurants, da dürfte jeder fündig werden. Frische Brötchen und einen Edeka gab es auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, die Übergabe hat reibungslos geklappt. Pkw Stellplatz gab es direkt vor der Tür. Wir würden wieder kommen :)
