Eine sehr schöne, originelle Unterkunft in einem alten ostfriesischen Hofgebäude. Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr sauber vorgefunden, ausreichend groß auch für sechs Erwachsene und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - von Spülmaschinentabs bis Elektrogrill. Auch unsere Räder konnten wir sicher unterstellen und hatten im urigen Loquart einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für verschiedenste Touren zur Erkundung der Krummhörn. Auch die Abwicklung der Buchung und die Kommunikation verliefen einwandfrei. So wünscht man sich das...

Hallo,eine sehr schöne Wohnung, wir waren über Ostern mit den Enkelkindern und Eltern da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren überrascht was man aus so einem Gebäude machen kann. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alles sauber,ind der Küche war alles vorhanden. Kann man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir haben mit Freunden unseren Silvesterurlaub dort verbracht.Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die Sauna war natürlich ein Highlight. Sehr nett fanden wir auch die kleinen Gastgeschenke (Honig). Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt.

Vermieter bei Problemen unzuverlässig - Wohnung im Inserat sehr vorteilhaft dargestellt

Leider war die Ferienwohnung Milchkammer bei unser Anreise am Freitag - Samstag absolut ausgekühlt. Die Raumtemperatur betrug noch satte 16,8 Grad Celsius. Die Heizkörper brachten leider keine Wärme. So konnten wir lediglich in dicker Bekleidung und Decken uns in der Küche aufhalten. Und auch tatsächlich nur in der Küche. Alle anderen Räume waren ebenfalls kalt! ! Der nette Hausmeister hat uns nach Rücksprache netterweise seinen priv. Heizlüfter ausgeliehen. Das war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Dadurch war jedoch auch nur eine minimale Wärmeerzeugung in der Küche möglich. Somit nahm das Drama morgens weiter seinen Lauf und es war weiterhin kalt! Gegen 14:30 wurde das Problem endlich behoben. Der Vermieter hatte lediglich für den Freitag für eine Nacht eine Ersatzwohnung in Greetsiel angeboten. Das kam für uns natürlich nicht in Frage, da wir ohnehin nur 4 Tage vor Ort waren und davon nicht auch noch einen Tag mit Umzug vergeuden wollten. Durch die unterkühlte Wohnung haben sich zwei Personen zudem sehr stark erkältet. Diesen ganzen Sachverhalt haben wir den Vermietern geschildert, leider kein Einsehen, Keine Mietpreiserstattung! Unmöglich! Ausserdem ist die Küche bei weitem nicht so hell wie auf den Fotos, es müssen ordentlich Scheinwerfer im Spiel gewesen sein. Ferner ist sie innenliegend und kann überhaupt nicht gelüftet werden. Wohnung nicht schlecht, aber überteuert! :-(

Erholt und zufrieden

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit sehr hochwertigen Haushaltsgegenständen bestückt, es fehlt an nichts. Wohnung, Garten und Umgebung sind sehr familienfreundlich, aber auch Ruhesuchende werden hier vollends zufrieden sein. Insgesamt ein äußerst angenehmer Aufenthalt.
