Welcome to the “An den Zwillingsmühlen” holiday home! This is your holiday getaway, where you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive! The holiday home is in a quiet location, yet just a short walk from the town centre, the harbour, and the famous twin mills.

A brand-new, high-quality, and modernly furnished detached house with a large garden and plenty of comfort awaits you. A relaxing stay is guaranteed!

A bright hallway leads you to the spacious and well-lit living/dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes all standard appliances (large fridge-freezer, oven, stove with glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Tassimo coffee/espresso machine, toaster, egg cooker, ...) and leaves nothing to be desired. The light-filled living room features a large smart TV, so you can continue watching your favourite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming services even while on holiday. A Bluetooth speaker is also available. When the days get shorter and the evenings longer in winter, you can cosy up in front of the fireplace with a cup of tea. The underfloor heating in the living/dining area and the bathroom ensures pleasant warmth.

Do you need to work and would like to do so from a home office by the sea? No problem—the free Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit/s also offers you this option (unrestricted availability and speed not guaranteed).

Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom with a double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). Next to it, you’ll find a spa-style bathroom with a barrier-free rainfall shower, a whirlpool tub, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The utility room contains a clothes rack, ironing board, iron, and a safe—for which we cannot accept any liability.

A staircase leads you to the ground floor. There you’ll find two additional bright and spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a large smart TV. One bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), and the other has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m). The bedside lamps in all bedrooms have USB-A and USB-C ports for charging your electronic devices. The upstairs bathroom features a toilet, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a walk-in shower.

The bathroom on the ground floor and all bedrooms have exterior roller shutters. All windows are equipped with insect screens.

The spacious and lovingly landscaped garden is completely fenced in. The main patio is furnished with a large table, six chairs, and a parasol. Two lounge chairs are also available. A barbecue grill for a delicious barbecue is also provided.

You can store and charge the bicycles you bring with you in the garden shed.

High-quality bed linens and towels are available for rent. A variety of pillows are provided to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A high chair is available free of charge upon request.
The house includes one parking space.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Starting in 2027, dogs will be allowed in this house.

The “Austernfischer” and “Udo” accommodation is located in the building right next door, should you need more space.
