This stunningly beautiful upstairs holiday apartment (non-smoking) for 4 people is centrally located in the heart of Greetsiel, near the Koppke (swimming pool/sauna/spa).
All rooms feature a harmonious design and are modernly furnished with high-quality furniture and materials.

The light-filled living area invites you to relax with its comfortable seating area. A flat-screen TV with satellite TV and a Blu-ray player, along with a hi-fi system featuring a radio, CD player, and a docking station for iPad, iPhone, iPod, and USB drives, provides a variety of entertainment options if desired.
Board games and a selection of reading material are available for social gatherings. The decorative fireplace in the living/dining area creates a cosy atmosphere.
The adjoining open-concept kitchen features many amenities, such as a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven with broiler, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso, Senseo, a raclette machine, an egg cooker, kitchen utensils, and much more. In the glass bay window, a modern dining set with an extendable table and 6 chairs rounds out the inviting interior.

In the two bedrooms, state-of-the-art box-spring beds (1 measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m and 2 measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m) ensure a restful night’s sleep, and a spacious closet offers plenty of storage. Both bedrooms can be darkened and are additionally equipped with a flat-screen TV.

There is a spacious, modern bathroom with a barrier-free shower (0.90 m x 1.20 m) and a large sink. A towel warmer, cosmetic mirror, and hair dryer are also provided. An additional toilet rounds out the comfortable amenities.

The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

The floors are tiled throughout with underfloor heating; the loft has laminate flooring (suitable for people with allergies). The windows are fitted with privacy screens and insect screens. Additionally, the skylights in the bedrooms are equipped with electric roller shades.

To enjoy the sunshine, there is a balcony with a small seating area and a parasol.

Your parking space is located in front of the house, and there is storage space in the garden shed for any bicycles you bring, complete with a power outlet for e-bikes.

Thanks to the holiday rental’s central location, you can reach the historic old town, the famous Greetsiel twin windmills, the picturesque harbour with its shrimp-baiting fleet, as well as shops, small stores, and cosy restaurants and cafés in just a few minutes. Via the dike right by the harbour, you can explore the beautiful East Frisian countryside on foot or by bike.
