On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious hallway leading to an elegant bedroom, a modern half-bath, a luxurious bathroom, and a convenient laundry room. The kitchen and dining room, set for eight people, are perfect for family meals, while the living room opens onto a fitness room. From the kitchen, you can step out into the summer kitchen, which blends perfectly with the outdoor surroundings, where you’ll find a gas grill and a table with chairs for eight people—ideal for summer meals al fresco.
On the first floor, there is an additional kitchen with a dining area, a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a cozy bedroom, and a large living room. The second floor features two more bedrooms, another modern bathroom with a toilet, and a children’s play area filled with toys and space to play, making this villa perfect for families with children.

The entire property and garden are at your disposal, offering the perfect space to relax and enjoy yourself. Our 36-square-meter heated pool, surrounded by a sun deck with lounge chairs and umbrellas, is ideal for cooling off and sunbathing.
There are numerous facilities for entertainment and recreation: a two-in-one table (pool and table tennis), swings, a trampoline, a small volleyball court, a hanging bowling alley, and the game “Mensch ärgere dich nicht” with recycled pieces. The pool is available from 01.04.2025 to 15.10.2025. Pool heating is paid on-site to the owner: 25 €/day.
