Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und sehr schön dekoriert. Ein extra Parkplatz und ein abschließbarer Raum für Fahrräder war auch vorhanden. Frau Übler hatte uns schon eine Route zum Fahren in den Plan eingezeichnet und es lagen Rad- und Wanderkarte und viele Prospekte für Unternehmungen aller Art für uns bereit. Der See und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Es ist eine helle, geräumige, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet Wohnung im 1. Stock. Die Küche wies alles auf, was man benötigt und dies auch in sehr guter Qualität . Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Der Gast war gern gesehen.

Besser geht es nicht

Wir waren 2 Wochen bei Marion und eine bessere Unterkunft hätten wir uns nicht aussuchen können. :) Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und super gelegen (alles ist Fußläufig erreichbar).Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder :)

Alles hat gepasst…die sehr schöne, großzügig geschnittene und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, bietet einen ausgezeichneten Komfort.Es fehlte an nichts, sogar das Wetter zeigte sich vonseiner besten Seite.Und nicht zu vergessen, die nette Kommunikation mit unserer sehr sympathischen, hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin, Frau Marion Uebler.Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt !!

Sehr erholsamer und toller Urlaub mit Super Wohnung

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön , die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit und zuvor kommend , die Einrichtung war sehr gut , auch gabe es viele Dinge die nicht üblich sind , zbs. Toilettenpapier , Spülmittel in ausreichender Menge . Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub

Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit Balkon ( auf der Sonnenseite zum Garten) , super sauber, bequemes Bett. Gute Lage zum Tegernsee und zu vielen Wanderwegen , sowie zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Bäcker, Getränke, Edeka fußläufig). Tegernsee Karte inklusive ( z.B. Bergbahnfahrt zum halben Preis ). Sehr nette Gastgeber . Hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Schöner Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr sehr schön. Schöne Wohnung. Bus, Bäcker, Schiffsüberfahrt alles in der Nähe. Der einzigste Nachteil war leider die Hauptstraße. Die hat uns Abends und Nachts gestört.

Traumwohnung am Tegernsee

Unsere Zeit am Tegernsee war einfach wunderbar. Die Gastgeber der Ferienwohnung waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, groß und sehr sauber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freuen uns schon darauf!

Top Wohnung am Tegernsee

Wir waren mit 2 Personen zum Mountainbiken und Wandern am Tegernsee. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 1 km von Rottach-Egern Zentrum und dem Seeweg am Tegernsee entfernt. Restaurants, Cafés und alles was man braucht ist somit fußläufig oder mit dem Rad sehr gut zu erreichen. Bushaltestellen für den kostenlosen Busverkehr (ist im Gästeticket enthalten) sind ca. 200-300 m entfernt. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr geräumig und neu renoviert. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Als besonderes Ausstattungsmerkmal ist die eigene Waschmaschine und der Trockner zu benennen. Parkmöglichkeit besteht im eigenen Innenhof und für die Fahrräder gibt es einen kleinen abschließbaren Schuppen. Anzumerken ist, dass die Wohnung im 1. Stock direkt unterm Dach liegt, wodurch im Badbereich nicht überall Kopffreiheit besteht, was sich für uns aber als unproblematisch herausstellte. Auch die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße war hinsichtlich des Lärms kein Problem, da das Schlafzimmer und der Balkon am Innenhof und somit der Straße abgewandt liegen. Die Besitzer der Fewo wohnen selbst im Nebenhaus, waren sehr freundlich und standen jederzeit mit Rat, Tipps und Unterstützung bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Toller Wanderurlaub

Ich habe mich bei Familie Uebler sehr wohl gefühlt. Beim Check-In hat Frau Uebler schon auf mich gewartet und hat mir direkt Wandertipps gegeben. In Sachen Wettervorhersage war ihr Hinweis auf den Bergfex auch sehr hilfreich 👍🏻
