In the four star certified 58qm apartment "Sepp", upstairs, you will find enough space for 2 to 3 people and child. You have separate living and sleeping rooms, kitchen, bathroom, hair dryer, and satellite TV available. Use our bread service and enjoy breakfast on the spacious, sunny balcony.  
  
Spend your holiday in our lovingly tended, family-run guest house in the heart of Upper Bavaria, about one hour south of Munich. Our quiet and sunny location in the beautiful climatic health resort Kreuth am Tegernsee, right at the foot of the Bavarian Alps, is particularly appreciated by our guests. Thanks to the natural location of our guest house surrounded by meadows and mountains, you will find in every season an ideal starting point for a variety of activities and things. Treat yourself and your car a break and biking or hiking just from our door going. Four very comfortable, but cozy Bavarian-style guest rooms and two individual apartments for your family holiday await you in our guest house and an apartment in Rottach-Egern.
