Der Check-in lief problemlos. Vor der Ankunft bekommt man einen Code zugeschickt, mit dem sich der Safe für den Haustürschlüssel öffnen lässt. Bei der Abreise wird dort der Schlüssel wieder deponiert.Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Neben einer Filterkaffeemaschine gibt es auch eine Kapselmaschine. Toaster, Mikrowelle, Handmixer, Waffeleisen und ein Standmixer sind ebenfalls in der Küche zu finden. Auf der Terrasse gibt es eine Feuerstelle. Im Garten viel Platz zum Toben für Klein und Groß. Neben zwei Schaukeln, einem Spielhäuschen und Fußballtoren, gibt es auch einen Basketballkorb und Discgolf.Für die Innenbeschäftigung ist auch gesorgt. Es standen altersgemäße Brettspiele, eine Wii und ein Klavier zur Verfügung.Alles in allem war es wieder ein erholsamer Aufenthalt. Die Hängematte war die Nummer 1\. 🙂 Positiv überrascht waren wir von der Wii mit großem Zubehör, sowie von der super Küchenausstattung. Außerdem gab es sehr viele In- und Outdoorspiele für die Kinder, sowie ein Klavier (ein riesen Pluspunkt). Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde noch eine große Stiftebox vor die Tür gestellt, über die meine Tochter sofort hergefallen ist. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Man kommt durch die Tür und fühlt sich pudelwohl. Mit Aufmerksamkeiten willkommen geheißen. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und stets verfügbar wenn mal was war. Morgens den Kaffee auf der Terrasse mit blick in den schöne große Garten zu genießen war sehr entspannend. Es fehlte an nix. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es. Die Schlafsituation ist für Erwachsene unglücklich, da nur ein abgeschlossener Schlafraum. Für Familien mit Kindern, bestimmt okay, für erwachsene Paare nicht so. Dann war die Kontaktaufnahme zu den Vermietern für uns nicht möglich. Gerne hätten wir mit den Gastgebern gesprochen oder geschrieben. Wir hatten aber weder eine Telefonnummer noch eine eMail-Adresse. Wenn wir auf die uns gesandte eMail antworten wollten, öffnete sich nur eine englischsprachige Seite, mit der wir nicht weiter kamen. Hier stellt sich für uns die Frage, warum das so ist. Diesem Ferienhaus können wir nur fünf Sterne geben. Angefangen bei der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu genug Platz sowohl drinnen als auch draußen blieben bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Auch die großzügigen Badezimmer machten den Aufenthalt mit vier Personen sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Genug Ruhe um sich sehr gut erholen zu können, aber auch viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung (Radius 40 km), wenn einem der Sinn nach etwas weniger Ruhe steht. Für Kinder sind sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten diverse Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe, für die Vermieter fünf Sterne extra zu vergeben, würden wir dies tun. Sie waren jederzeit für Fragen zu erreichen und sind sehr bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie nur möglich zu gestalten. Ein großes Danke für diese tolle Kommunikation! Selten so erlebt. Idealer Standpunkt für Ausflüge nach Hamburg und an die Ostsee,aber auch die direkte Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll.
