Between forests, meadows, rivers and lakes, you will find plenty of peace and relaxation, picturesque natural landscapes and many activities for the whole family. The modern wooden holiday home Seezauber impresses with its Scandinavian style and offers enough space for up to 6 people, children are very welcome. Thanks to the ridge-high open ceiling, you can enjoy a pleasant feeling of space and light-flooded rooms. The maritime furnishings in light colours contribute to the cosy atmosphere. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed that can be pulled apart to form two single beds. The children can make themselves comfortable in the third bedroom with a pull-out day bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The spacious terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy breakfast with the whole family. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available for barbecue evenings together. On rainy days, you can warm up in the sauna and then cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove in the living area. This holiday home has a fast fibre optic connection. The Wardersee swimming area is just a few steps away from the holiday home on the edge of the holiday village. Here you can cool off on a warm summer's day or relax on the sunbathing lawn. There is plenty of space for children to play and enjoy sports activities. Fishing enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here. There are three fishing ponds in the immediate vicinity, so you can choose your favourite. A special licence is required for fishing. There is also an 18-hole golf course for professionals or beginners on the other side of the lake. You can explore the diverse landscapes and wildlife of Schleswig-Holstein by bike or on foot. You can also go horse riding in the countryside thanks to the nearby riding centre. For children, the Trappenkamp adventure forest with its varied nature play areas, game enclosures and adventure trails is a great excursion destination. Bei Ankunft war das Haus sauber, die Lage ist schön mit einer kleinen Badestelle am Wardersee, 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Bad Segeberg ist mit dem Auto in 15 min erreichbar, ein gemütliches kleines Städtchen mit genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Der Ostseestrand in Scharbeutz ist zu empfehlen, mit dem Auto ca. 30 min entfernt. Die einzigen Minuspunkte sind das schlechte WLAN und keine Fliegengittertür an der Terassentür, da es viele Mücken durch den See gibt. Die Fenster haben alle Fliegengitter. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, eine klare Empfehlung 👍🏼 ##### Nadine H. Alles war sehr Ordentlich und sauber. Es wahren auch in der Küche zusätzliche Artikel vorhanden z.b. Muffinförmchen+ Blech. Einige Gewürze , sowie auch etwas Mehl und Zucker, sodas man fürs erste nicht aufgeschmissen ist.Im Garten kann man den Wardersee durch ein paar Bäume sehen. Sehr schön gelegen.Ein paar Schritte entfernt ist auch eine Liegewiese mit Zugang zum Wasser erreichbar.Ein Ausflug zum Karls Erlebnisdorf war auch was besondreres für groß und klein. Wenn man eine kleine Reise auf sich nehmen möchte kann man auch zum Heiligenhafen oder Travemünde fahren!Auf jeden Fall lohnenswert dieser Urlaub! ##### Viktor W. Der Ofen als auch die Sauna erwärmten und an den nasskalten Tagen. Und auch sonst war es eine Wohlfühloase. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Nur der Herd könnte etwas schneller arbeiten. Die Pfanne war in der Kombi mit dem Herd so gerade nutzbar. Energiesparend ist der Herd nicht. Wir sind gespannt auf die Verbrauchsabrechnung. ##### Alexander G.
