The staff at the reception were kind and friendly with us.Breakfast was exceptional
but it opens 6:30 am to 9:30am which is fine for skiing but in the summer it could be open till 10:30 so you can have a relaxed morning. When you first enter the room it is nice and clean but they don’t clean your room when you’re out.

Fantastic location close to local facilities, great food and staff who provided service with a smile. Ideal place for walking, cycling and just exploring the region including Lake Bled which was 45 minutes away in a car. Really enjoyed the hotel, Kranska Gora and whole area.

We had an excellent stay here. The staff went out of their way to help us, So friendly and helpful, really kind and our kids loved them! There was bit of confusion about where to park when we arrived after a long and stressful journey and Lara even came over to meet us and waited for us to grab our bags and show us where to park. The staff are based at the Jasna Resort just a couple of minutes up the road but are super responsive. I didn’t get the young man’s name who gave my kids sweets and...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on ground floor with own entrance. New, clean, and excellent location.
There is no sitting room, but in the kitchen was aflatscreen tv, a satellite receiver, digital terrestrial receiver, and in the main bedroom was another flatscreen tv and digital terrestrial receiver. There are about 2 news channels in English, and the rest is slovenian, german, and french. But who cares, the outdoors are fantastic.

The owner was lovely, as were rest of the staff. We had a warm welcome and a tour of our room prior to check-in. The Superior room was incredible. Really nicely furnished, clean, plenty of complimentary amenities. We had an amazing meal in the evening - one of the nicest we've had in Slovenia, followed by an equally enjoyable breakfast.
