A 110m² 4-room apartment and a 3-room apartment with 50m². Both apartments are in the 1\. Floor. The rooms are captivating due to the combination of modern furnishings with visible trussed ceilings and skylights embedded in the ceilings. The larger apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults, in the 50m ² apartment can accommodate 4 people. Outside there are parking spaces and for each accommodation a barbecue area with garden furniture is available. Bicycles can be parked on and in the building. The building also has a washer dryer. 3-room apartment: Distributed on about 50 square meters, stand in the 1\. Floor three rooms with underfloor heating available. The apartment impresses with its combination of modern furnishings with visible trussed ceilings and skylights embedded in the ceilings. The living and dining area is equipped with a large curved window of about 2.10 x 2.15 m. There are 2 bedrooms with two single beds each. The living area is furnished with a cushioned corner with bed function and center of the apartment, d. H. the bedrooms go off from this room. We do not offer additional extra beds. However, all bedrooms are so large that you can build your baby's travel cot there at no extra charge. Wetter sehr gemischt, also auch im August sehr unterschiedliche Kleidung mitnehmen. WLAN funktionierte selten, aber: Wunderschön sind Stralsund (mit Rad/Auto sehr schnell erreichbar) und Wismar (Auto), Eldena (Klosterruine 45 min) und Wieck (auch dort mit kleinem sehr flachem Sandstrand), Rügen Sassnitz (Kreidefelsen) ca 1 Stunde mit dem Auto. Cafés sehr viel teurer als im "Westen", aber auf vielen wunderschönen Plätzen. Schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Für einen Kurzurlaub stört es da auch, wenn WC, Dusche und Küche nicht direkt in der Wohnung liegen, sondern separat verschlossen werden müssen. Coronabedingt nur wenig persönlichen Kontakt, aber alles hat sehr gut geklappt.
