As a guest at Belair Caribbean Sea, you have access to the entire 120 m² apartment, including both air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped open kitchen, living room, and spacious terrace with spectacular ocean views. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. The house reef directly in front of the accommodation is completely at your disposal for unlimited snorkeling. To warmly welcome guests and explain the accommodation and the island, all arrivals are handled personally. The Neighborhood:

South of the center and toward the salt pans: one of Bonaire's most well-known residential and vacation zones, traditionally linked to Harry Belafonte. Belnem grew into a collective name for luxury subdivisions like La Palma, Sabalpalm, Lima, Punt Vierkant, and Playa Esmeralda. You are close to beloved south coast beaches like Bachelor's Beach and iconic dive sites, making it ideal for sunsets and relaxed beach life. The area is quietly residential with quick routes to the airport and downtown Kralendijk.



Belair Caribbean Sea is approximately 450 meters from Good and More supermarket, 750 meters from Dive Friends Delfins dive center, 900 meters from Playa Esmeralda (Ocean Oasis), 5 kilometers from the center of Kralendijk and 850 meters from Brass Boer restaurant.



Sunwise insider tip: A short drive from Belair Caribbean Sea lie Bonaire's famous salt pans, where Cargill has managed salt production since 1997 with modern facilities that produce hundreds of millions of kilos of salt annually. This operation created the iconic white salt pyramids characteristic of Bonaire's southern landscape. The real magic happens at the pink salt lakes, where thousands of flamingos forage in the salty water. The contrast between the bright pink birds and the white salt mountains creates one of the island's most photogenic scenes, perfect for an early morning or late afternoon excursion.



Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Belair Caribbean Sea. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in to Belair Caribbean Sea is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations.
