This functional 54 m² apartment with a lift offers comfortable accommodation for 4 people. In the bright bedroom, featuring a sofa bed, cable TV with Smart TV, a comfortable desk and access to the balcony, you can easily combine work with relaxation. The cosy bedroom with a double bed ensures a peaceful night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and kettle, makes meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom, complete with a bath and washing machine, ensures your comfort. Within the estate, there is a small park and a playground.



The Neighborhood:

Live in a quiet and comfortable part of town with easy access to entertainment. You’re just 850 metres from a water park, a cinema and a shopping centre.
