Lovely apartment
Stayed bere with husband and friend. We were very happy. Great location in Jewish Quarter, aboit 15mins walk from Krakow Old Town. Lots of taxis, buses & trams available close by if you needed them. Comfy beds, clean bedding & no bad smells. Bathroom was clean, shower was nice and powerful with fab temperature range. Kitchenette was clean, with 4 of everything. Some tea bags, coffee & sugar was provided (though we took our own Yorkshire tea because, you know, its the best!). Good under counter size fridge, microwave & even a small washing machine. Wifi was good too, no issues there. Apartment is on the top floor of a 4 storey block. No loft (this didnt effect us). There is a code to the vlock, then a code to the apartment & a code for each bedroom. Main entrance corridor smells like cigarettes, but not in our apartment, so no complaints there. Building is shared with residents, so could occasionally here a child shouting, but this is normal/expected for apartmsnts. Only teeny criticism is that it says that you will get sent access codes 72hrs before check in & we didnt, so i worried slightly that we wouldnt get them. I emailed & messaged on here & didnt hear anything. However, the day before i telephoned via WhatsApp & they answered immediately & said i would get Access Code text that evening (which i did & it was very clear). If itd have know it'd be 11/24hrs before, id have been happy, but was teeny concered as it said 72hrs. Other than that very happy, book!

The property was in a central location to all parts of krakow that we wanted to see. Transfer from the airport was perfect with this being our first trip to krakow and communication from Rainbow Apartments excellent. Would highly recommend - thank you for a great stay 😊

It was nice that we been offered pick up from the train station, and great that we could to choose pickup location. We found out that owner wasn't happy about the fact that some previous travellers, did not say anything to the owner and then complain on the website about problems they met. We found this very unprofessional but we did not care at the time. On the first day one of the guests from another apartment had to complain about internet, as 1hour after check-in someone came to our apartment to check internet connection. During other days we found some problems with internet but it was not affected us as we had mobile internet. Apartment is in god location and very spacious with neutral design, kitchen appliances (Inc. smelling & dirty wash machine) which I think explained very bad smell of all the towels we been provided. There was no cleaning products or spare toilet rolls supplied. (with no housekeeping service is a big minus). Just before our check out I meet owner and been asked if our female friends staying with us, as we had paid only for 2 people. Our friend (only 1) came for approx. 2hours day before to say bye to us as she lives in Krakow. It was very unprofessional and seem that owner is interesting only in getting money. If he had bad reviews before and moan about it to us, why he did not call/ text or asked in person when he seen us to find out how is our stay and if we need anything? It will be more professional and politer.

Bait and switch
Book with caution! The first address is in a great location and was where I thought I booked but in reality it's the second address further down in the booking which is a 30min walk away from the city and away from the points of interest. Two agents I spoke with both thought I was staying at the original location, it wasn't until they really looked into it they discovered I wasnt. I got non-refundable dates so I was stuck with the hotel even thought I was deceived, Expedia will not help you as it's the hotel that's writing all the info and it's not their fault. Prior communication with the hotel isn't that great as you won't really get a response to your questions but only instructions on what to do when you arrive. They do use whatsapp but I was only told after check in, it's a real pain to try and find a payphone nowadays. The apartment itself is pretty nice but the bed is horrible and should be replace as it uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall I wouldn't recommend this apartment for the simple fact of the bait and switch, even if this was the location I booked I would still not recommend the apartment as the bed is uncomfortable and you won't get a good night sleep. Hope this helps and good luck on your travels!

Apartament cleanness was terrible - bathroom bath was dirty, after when I touched the radiators my hand was black of dust, fridge in the kitchen was smelly - didn't want to keep my food inside. I am glad, I have stayed there only for one night. Only good thing it was the location.

Great location!
Right in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, it was in a lovely area full of good food. The owner/staff are great. We had bus delays and were very accommodating, once we got in contact. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. The shower can leak a bit and the toilet clogged once but they provide plenty of towels and a toilet plunger. The wifi was unreliable though.

The owner did not uphold the advertised features
We decided on this place due to the advertised airport transfer included which seemed like a fantastic feature - an advantage over other places advertised for the same rate and quality. While the apartment itself reflected the quality advertised (it was the one pictured with blue and yellow bean bags), the owner refused to give us the advertised free airport transfer, and instead wanted 90-100 PLN (25-28 USD) to organise the service. We were told all sorts of stories - that this was only for people staying 2 nights, then we were told that it is only for pick up from airport, then we were told that it says the terms clearly on Booking.com I explained that the terms we agreed to on Expedia have nothing to do with what they have advertised elsewhere. It is on them to get them correct and that they should honour the agreement made. We were refused - the owner told us these were the rules - almost as if the decision wasn't up to him (strangely). A shame that this should get in the way - the point being that you can't trust the advertised features because this owner clearly doesn't: A) have the diligence to check his own listings B) have any ability in customer recovery C) take pride in his business The staff member that checked us in was kind and helped us speak to the owner over the phone with our questions. A tip to call them for check in and liaison as email or Expedia responses can be slow

Perfect location for discovering Krakow and surrounding attractions like Auschwitz. If you haven't been living under a rock for the last 70 years ignore the guides and visit Birkenau first early to avoid the crowds then visit Oswiecim for lunch.

convenient and good price but slightly run down
the price for the apartment is very reasonable and it is very near to almost everything, eg. shopping, mini-mart, eateries, tourist information, etc. however, it is an apartment and therefore expect no service but of course you can call the owner if needed. it is a walk-up apartment and therefore no lift. the apartment is relatively clean but is becoming old. the curtains quite run down and need to be changed. may be a better place for a group of two to three persons. good enough for a short stay but i think some renovation and service can make the apartment more attractive.

Great Apartment.
I can't recommend this apartment highly enough. The facilities were great with parking easily at the back gate and reliable and flexible check in and out. Located literally next door to the Old Synagogue on a beautiful square with great restaurants but still quiet at night. Very modern and roomy.

Brown apartment was very good .It holds 5 people . Up to date with Wifi , tv in both bedrooms and a good sized comfortable kitchen .Good location , Spar supermarket 3 mins away on main rd which leads to the main square 10 mins away .Kazimierz is the best area for bars and restaurants aswell .Good Auschitz tour organised and collection from airport was on time . can't be beat for price they just have to answer their emails quicker !

great location, close to city center.
When I arrived there were misunderstandings about what I had rented. They wanted to charge me extra for the second room in the appartment, but that was not stated on the site. We managed to get the place for the amount of money that was specified at the booking. The bathroom and the litchen were dirty with stuff of the previous guests in the bins. It was cleaned immediately after complaints. Also the heating was turned on in the second day as it was quite cold the first night. They did do their very best to take me from the station to the hotel for free as the driver had to wait long before I arrived as the bus from the airport was delayed. So.... mixed feelings!

Posizione semi Centrale nel quartiere ebraico Kazimierz, arredi moderni e confortevoli, in realtà le stanze erano 2 per un totale di 5 posti letto e noi eravamo 7 ma ci sono stati forniti materassi e biancheria aggiuntivi. Ovviamente in questo modo lo spazio si riduceva notevolmente ma essendo ampi non è stato un problema insormontabile. Lo consiglierei a famiglie con bambini. Gestione molto disponibile. Ci tornerei

Überraschung hinter alter Fassade ...
Für meinen Aufenthalt hatte ich eine Möglichkeit gesucht, direkt im "alten" jüdischen Quartier zu wohnen um von dort aus das "alte" Krakow zu erkunden. Das habe ich gefunden. Von dort aus ist wirklich jede touristische Sehenswürdigkeit - mühelos auch zu Fuß - zu erreichen. So zentral gelegen - in dieser Qualität - für einen so günstigen Preis, unschlagbar. Sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Obwohl keine Rezeption vor Ort, war ein Ansprechpartner jederzeit per Handy zu erreichen.

O apartamento é muito bom, limpo, agradável e com boa internet. No entanto, o check in foi terrível. Na compra, somos informados de que devemos entrar em contato com o anfitrião porque não há recepção no local. Eu enviei 3 emails durante a semana anterior ao checkin e telefonei 3 vezes. Ao atender minhas ligações, o anfitrião pedia para eu enviar email. Apesar de eu enviar os emails, estes não foram sequer respondidos. Viajei no sábado à noite, do Brazil para Polônia. Tentei contato no sábado antes de partir mas não consegui falar com ninguém. Reportei isso ao hoteis.com. Meu vôo atrasou e enviei novo email ao anfitrião informando sobre o atraso. Não houve resposta. Ao fazer escala em Copenhagen pela segunda-feira de manhã, tentei um novo contato por telefone. Fui informado que minha reserva havia sido cancelada porque eu não apareci!!!!!! Disse a ele que havia avisado por email. Ele se recusou a verificar no momento da ligação e desligou o telefone. Após 25 minutos telefonei novamente para o anfitrião. Então ele confirmou a reserva e me disse onde pegar as chaves. Ao pegar as chaves, entrei no prédio e não sabia o número do apartamento, porque não estava escrito na reserva. Tive, então, que andar 15 minutos com malas até a estação de trem mais próxima para ter free wifi e ligar para o anfitrião novamente. Ele, então, me disse o número do apartamento e a partir daí correu tudo muito bem. O único problema da minha hospedagem foi o péssimo check-in.

Уважаемые путешественники! Хочу вас предостеречь от бронирования данного отеля. Собственник списал деньги с карты до заезда в отель, несмотря на то, что мы заранее договорились о встрече, не явился. На звонки не отвечал. Пришлось посреди ночи искать другой вариант. На следующий день, когда я предложил ему вернуть деньги, сообщил, что не понимает меня. Acogedor apartamento en el centro del barrio judío
El apartamento orange, se encuentra situado en el barrio judío. A unos 20 minutos andando de la plaza principal de la ciudad. Pero en cuanto a ambiente nocturno, es mejor, ya que tíene bares y pubs muy buenos. Las camas son muy cómodas y el apartamento está muy bien, en la planta baja, con dos dormitorios, con toallas y ropa de cama, equipo de música, un pequeño patio y decoración moderna, muy agradable. El único inconveniente que tuvimos, fue que el sábado, hubo mucha gente en la calle y uno de los dormitorios está pegado a esa calle, a la altura del suelos vamos, y se oían los coches y a la gente pasar de madrugada, el resto de los días sin problemas. El traslado del aeropuerto al apartamento es gratuito pero tienes que llamarlos por teléfono, ya que el correo electrónico, pueden tardar en contestarte si es que lo hacen.
