"I adored my stay at TRIBE. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, for sure. Right from check in, the staff were super helpful and friendly, recommending restaurants and giving lots of information and maps regarding places to go and things to see. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The curtains were also truly "blackout" - something often advertised, but is rarely true! I have to commend the sound-proofing as well; I barely heard a peep the entire time I was there. Most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable - granting me with perhaps the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. And then there's the location! Just a short stroll from the train station (with direct connections to/from the airport) and the Old Town - it truly could not be better placed. I can't praise TRIBE more strongly - it's a fantastic hotel that I think would struggle to be beaten by any others in Krakow."

"Breakfast was poor in so many ways, ground floor toilets was dirty as someone had toileted on the seat and also others were dirty. Twin beds were too close together On the positive it was a good location for the market square and castle, reception were really helpful from check in to,check out and in between, they were all friendly and professional and treated us like individuals rather than just another guest."
