Lovely apartment but noisy
The apartment is excellent in terms of location and quality. Furnishings are to a very high standard and it is well maintained. Security is good. Essentials such as tea and coffee were provided. A wardrobe or similar place to hang clothes would be of benefit as this was one feature that was missing. Location is very good, just on the edge of the main tourist area so not quite as busy and the cafes, shops and restaurants nearby are not so congested. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Old Town Square. The apartment is managed by a company so is 'efficient' in its dealings rather than 'personal' but no complaints about how they organised my stay. The apartment's good location, on a major junction, is a benefit when wanting to access different parts of the city; the downside is the noise from traffic, trams and emergency services. This is manageable (unless you are particularly noise sensitive). However, the apartment is directly above a popular convenience store and from 6am to 11pm the apartment experienced noise and vibration as the entrance to the store slammed shut. No chance to sleep! Between 6am and 9am this could be every few seconds. I would urge Fragola to contact the store owner, as I am positive this can be resolved with a functioning door-arm closer. Overall, the noise from the store would discourage me from recommending the apartment. If this is not resolved, I suggest trying one of Fragola's other places or seek out somewhere else.

Lovely comfortable apartment
Arrived around 6.30, so dark and very icy conditions. Although given clear instructions on how to enter the building, the external electronic keypad wasn't working. The front steps were extremely icy and treacherous. Fortunately, a lady arrived to visit her friends in the block and they opened the door. In the meantime, I called the Fragola emergency number and was waiting for a call back. We knew the apartment was on the 2nd floor, but dye to the high ceilings in the property, its actually four large flights of stairs. We managed to get out cases up and gain access to the apartment, but were unable to go back out due to the broken keypad. We received a call back to say someone was going into their office to get a key and would be half an hour, we waited an hour before calling back as it was snow covered and icy. The man arrived shortly after with a key. The apartment itself was very warm an welcoming. The bottles of water and hot drinks available was a nice touch. The decor and furnishings were lovely and comfortable. Beds are comfortable with good quality bedding. The location is great, a 5 minute walk to the main centre and to the Jewish Quarter. Although there is a main cross section outside, we didn't think it noisy. There are three Zabka convenience stores all a minute or two away. Bussola cafe a minute away and great for breakfast. A tea towel will be helpful for future guests.

Great apartment in a good location. Comfy and clean. Only downside is that the apartment that had was on the third floor of our building which was quite strenuous at times. But not a big issue as we were out all day. Great company with great communication. Highly recommended

Amazing stay. My second stay in a Fragola apartment this year. Great value for money. Only downside is the old buildings having no lifts, so if you struggle with climbing stairs, this apartment wouldn't be for you, maybe contact Fragola for lower ground apartments. amazing visit.. I will be back.

Lovely spacious apartment
Room was very nice. Could tell it was very clean and we had excellent communication with the company that owned the property. Provided us with a few bottles of water and had all of the kitchen accessories to enable us to cook in the apartment. Beds were nice and comfortable - only downfall was that we booked a double bed and it was a twin pushed together which meant we slept separately but that’s not too big of a deal for us.

Poor apartment do not stay here.
Poor apartment do not stay here. The location is great of course, but the amenities do not work. When we arrived the apartment kitchen was soaking, the sink was leaking. We let owner know, they sent someone, who didn't fix it, so the 2nd day we'd to ask them again. In addition to this the supplied toaster and hob don't work, the fridge froze all our good and the heating controls wouldn't work. The apartment has potential but needs alot of work, avoid staying here.

The apartment was light and spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was also conveniently situated in the centre of Krakow in the old town, very close to a variety of resturants and cafes. The only negative point we would make is that it was on the third floor and there was no lift.

The apartment overall was fine but the neighbourhood and residents wasn’t. We struggled to find the entrance at night and received some unwanted attention and abuse from the locals for being English. Person from Fragola on the phone was unhelpful and unsympathetic to our situation.

The location of this property was ideal for us, as it was close to the main square and restaurants and it was close to the pick up point for the tours. The apartment was still a little dirty when we arrived, the floor hadn't been cleaned properly, however the beds and bedding was clean and comfortable.

Our hotel apartment was on the 4th floor of a walkup building. As an older person, I would have appreciated this info before booking. The wifi was poor to non-existent. A cleaning of the room was promised but never happened. Rooms were warm at night - difficulty sleeping. Other than that, the rooms were spacious and it had a nice kitchenette.

Fragola apartment was in a quiet street within easy walking distance to both the old town and the Jewish Quarter. The apartment was well equiped, modern and very clean. There is no manned reception but communication and information from the management staff was excellent making access to the apartment simple. This accommodation was good value for money and in a great location, we would definately stay in these apartments if we visit Krakow again.

Loved everything about the apartment. Quiet location 10 minutes walk from the square in the old town. Immaculately presented and every amenity required had been thought of. Can't speak too highly of it. Would definitely recommend and would return in a heart beat.

The aparthotel is on the corner of Dietla and Sarego which is an area between the old market square, Rynek Glodny, and Kazimierez district. Five minutes walk to the centre of the old square and 5 minutes to the heart of the jewish quarter with a great choice of restaurants, cafes, bars and music. I lived in Krakow 20 years ago when I worked there and this area is perfect as a tourist. It is safe and local to all you wish to see in the city. Wawel cathedral 5 minutes as is the lovely walk along the Wisla river. There is a 24 hour shop around the corner with all you need and many others within 2 to 3 minutes. My apartment was on the second floor and there is no lift so you have to walk up quite a few steps. The web site said there was a desk that was manned from 9am and check in at 11am. TBH I chose this place as my flight was early and I was at the hotel early, 10am. There is no desk but I phoned the local number , spoke English told them I was outside and in less that 10 minutes a manager was there and took me to the room. The room was very clean and tidy and modern and twice the size I expected. Everything you need including washing machine, ironing board etc. Microwave, plates, pots and cutlery. Plenty of space and an excellent bathroom with a strong flowing shower. Overall a great spot, I was there for four nights and slept well. Would definitely book again if I was going back. Prices I thought were reasonable for location and standard of room. NBP. Wales. August 2018.

Lovely apartment with a drawback
Lovely apartment about 10 minutes very pleasant walk to the old town. Big problem was the main road outside, very loud trams and general traffic until the early hours and then roadworks from 06.00 - would be okay in winter when all the windows would be shut but when we were there it was over 30 degrees and so the windows had to be wide open - so it was just unfortunate for us.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and spacious. Great location nearby to Old Town and Jewish Quarter which had many lovely restaurants. We never actually met our host as we had a very late arrival but she was in contact by email and phone and apartment keys were left for our arrival.

Wonderful
Staying at this apartment was great. We were greeted when we got there, and so much information was provided to us. They were extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's also a short walk from the old town and right next to multiple stops for public transportation. I would definitely recommend staying here as well as stay again.
