Only downside is the entry system a key coded door at main entrance, then a key coded door to the apartment area before a third code needed to open the lock box to get the apartment key. The 2 bathrooms and kitchen made it accommodating for a family of four with children. There were 2 separate loft bedrooms with comfortable beds and ample storage .. The location was central and close to the market square . The property also has an elevator which is great for those with a lot of luggage as the stairs can be challenging for those with elderly family members or several luggage items . The elevator was out of service on the day we were leaving which posed a challenge . There was no a/c but they provided a little fan in the room. I closed the window and I slept like a baby. The room was very clean and they have thought of everything. Finding the place & getting in is a little tough, despite the information provided. Maybe there's too much or it needs to be better presented? Some consultation with guests/other language speakers maybe to make the considerable access info easier to absorb & to follow the lengthy instructions. But once you've done it once, it's OK. It is compact though & right in the heart of the noise in Krakow. That said, once you're inside it's fine. P.S. Nice and clean and in a fantastic location. Only down side is our room was looking on to the Main Street which is one of the busiest in krakow (we were told by taxi who dropped us off from airport) and was noisy up until 4/5 in morning. Others staying with us stayed in room facing out the back and was nice and quiet.
