We loved the rustic charm of the property. Very clean and the apartment was lovely and warm when we arrived. Excellent location. The Communication with the apartments before we stayed was brilliant, could not ask for more.

Great location next to castle Wawel and a 10 minute walk to the main square. Easy check in and check out and great facilities. The room was a bit cosy but a great stay!

The property was exactly what it said. Could do with done decent pillows. When we arrived there was no hot water so disappointed that we couldn't shower but it was dealt with very swiftly and efficiently.

This was not as advertised. The room was very small - just bigger than a double bed, which made the kitchenette unusable due to lack of space. I was bitten in the room by insects. To use the bathroom you had to go through a freezing cold hallway. Also there were wires coming out of the walls which didnt feel safe.

Great room, location and staff
We stayed in the main building where the office is in the deluxe apartment. It was lovely! Nicely decorated & huge bathroom with a bath and shower. Good little kitchenette and a table with seats. We really enjoyed our stay, only downside was the air con made the room smell musty, but easily solved. Don’t let the entrance stair cases put you off, because the room we had and the staff were lovely. We were also in the perfect location. I would definitely return.

Perfect location so close to main square and all the big sights. Really comfortable and nicely decorated apartment, had all we required. Our one mark down on cleanliness was the kettle could not be used was a horrible smell when opened and could have done with more towels. Apart from that this is a place I’d stay again.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location opposite Krakow's Vistula River. Supermarket and 24hr Convenience store 1 minute walk away. Kitchen and both bathrooms are well maintained and all work well.

We arrived krakow at 9pm. Check in was not very good as there was no electricity at the apartment. We phoned the management and they responded immediately and booked a taxi and transfered us to another accommodation. They fixed the problem and transfered us back to the original apartment the next day. They reimbursed the money for the taxi. Anna and Bozena were very helpful throughout the process. The apartment is very spacious and very closed to the castle and Grodzka street which leads to the main square of the old town.

Excellent apartment
The hotel was lovely and the apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. The room was a little hot as the sun came directly in, however a fan was provided. The hotel is in an excellent area of the old town and is only a 10/15 minute walk from the main square and lots of bars and restaurants. They also offer an airport shuttle for 90zln each way, which takes you direct to your hotel and right to the airport. Overall our stay was excellent and we would definitely stay again!

Shoutout to Anna who works in the office; she’s really great. Their communication is +++ in terms of responding to your questions. Gave us a detailed and easy instruction to check in as their office were already close when we arrived. They let us leave our luggage in their office after checking out as our flight is not until in the evening. Their location is perfect close to all attractions. Wawel Castle/Cathedral is just on the corner. 5-10mins walk to the main square. They only cons we can say is the entrance as you go up to the apartments. It’s a little bit undated and the light on the stairs takes to turn on. It was just a little bit scary on our arrival but having said that the apartment we stayed in is modernised with very nice shower room, comfy bed, has a fridge & microwave and cooking hub. Would be happy to stay here again if coming back to Krakow. A very good place to stay and worth the amount we paid.

The photos that are shown wasn’t what we got... apartment had been put into a small room. Bedroom you couldn’t fit any suitcases in so was very awkward trying to get into bed. If you have a third person as we did the lounge area which is made into a bed is taken up by it and again no where to put luggage, so ended up having to put on kitchen surface. Apartment is near to market square and other attractions.

It was clean modern well equipped and easy to find. The staff were lovely only saw them on arrival but she was helpful. Perfect place and location for a city break. Only negative point was the towels they looked old. The whole place looks renovated but no new towels. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Wonderful Krakow!
It was an amazing holiday, what an amazing apartment, and an amazing location! It was right in the heart of town, right in front of the river, yards away from the Wawel Royal Castle, it was a dream to stay there! I absolutely love Krakow, I have been Krakow 3 times now, and I cannot wait to be back in this beautiful city! This time came to see Ennio Morricone in the Tauron Arena, and it was one of the best concerts I have ever heard, and one of the best memories of my life! Hopefully will be back soon for the Unsound music festival, I cannot wait to return! See you soon Krakow!

room had kettle that was the only tea/coffee making facilities. bed was two beds pushed together with a mattress topper to make it a double but had two single covers on and one bed was VERY uncomfortable, shower head didntfit in wall bracket so had to hold shower by hand, not good whole room was nothing like what we expected

This apartment is the PERFECT location for a vacation in Krakow. It was clean, quiet, and such an easy walk from everywhere we wanted to go... the old city, the castle, the Jewish quarter... all minutes walk. Clean towels were brought in each day, and they were very willing to give us extra to take to the Thermi (the hot springs). My only complaint, and it's minor considering the price, was not having sheets changed the whole time we were there... 9 nights...probably would have if we pushed the issue.

Apartment was fine, had everything you'd need and the lady was helpful when we had a request. However we came back one day to find one of the turnover service staff had used our toilet and hadn't flushed! Needless to say this took the shine off an otherwise decent enough apartment.

The little apartment was ideal was very close to the wawel royal castle & cathedral. It was an old building but apartment was clean & had everything we needed. I would definately go back. The girl in office were you pick up your keys was very nice & spoke good english our apartment was 2 doors down. A lot of stairs to climb to the office though. We were very happy with it also had a little balcony.

Very nice apartment close to the city centre.
Newly furnished, spacious flat. Bed was very comfortable. Temperature control was perfect. Very quiet. Had fabulous nights of sleep. Only thing that would suggest was a few more packs of tea and maybe some shampoo in the shower. But it is possible this is not the way it works when you rent apartments.

The staff was very helpful with setting up tours, etc. They should have had shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and more than one towel per person for 3 days. We did not know how to use the washer, never saw one like that in the states...haha...and it was in Polish. Also, with 4 people there, it would have been helpful to have 2 sets of keys. Overall it was Great....I would stay here again.
