The 70 m² accommodation offers space for up to four people and is ideal for relaxing, hiking or cycling holidays. You have one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From your private balcony, you enjoy a beautiful view of the greenery – perfect for relaxing after trips to the surroundings, such as the Innauen, the Untere Alz nature reserve, Waldsee Kraiburg or the Benediktweg. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming services, washing machine and dryer are available. The apartment is ideal for families, couples or working in nature near Chiemgau and the Alpine foothills. Enjoy the proximity to nature in our bright, spacious holiday flats in a secluded location on the edge of the forest, just 70 km from Munich. Situated directly on the Inn cycle path, this location is ideal for cyclists, hikers and nature lovers. You can relax on the balcony with a view of Guttenburg Castle and in the garden with fruit trees.
