"No check in data at 18.00! Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. Funny experience."

"Nice quaint hotel. 30 min ride to the Hannover Messe with the s-Bahn, but, no other complaints. Rooms where clean and present able. Would let guests know about the buttons to bring down the shades to darken the room."

"What a fab hotel! My room was basic, but spacious and comfortable, lots of storage. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Situated in a great, old building, just a short walk to the U-Bahn station, five minutes to the centre of Hannover. "
