The hotell is very run down. Needs an upgrade. The shower was full of what looked like black muld. The "gym" was horrible, and the AC in there did not work. Service and staff was very sweet, but that does not make up for tje overall poor shape of the place. Would not stay here again.

A week at Phu Beach Hotel
there were slight problems due to the virus shutdown. For instance we were told at the Front Desk that the Gym was open but it wasn't. Slight confusion over this. Much better to be clear and say upfront it is not open. Breakfast. I was quite clear telling to staff what I wanted - and no matter what I wanted - a huge breakfast kept on appearing. What a waste of food. It was good food but not what was ordered.

This place was great! Quiet, but still close enough to town. A little far for a walk but quick motorbike ride and you’re there. All rooms have pool access from room which was a great feature.

It’s all about the pool. The rooms are pleasant but need renovations also, sometimes there is a smell from the bathroom (I don’t know what it is) The pool is phenomenal( lol So it happy hour from 3PM to 6PM :-) the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Awesome place to stay
Amazing place to stay not too far from the main part of town with a free shuttle which was awesome. The place was great to stay with a really room and pool. Staff were really friendly and always helpful.

Room was very clean. Every room had direct access to the pool. Cocktails were amazing. Only 99baht during happy hour which starts from 4pm. Our stay couldnt have been better!

Huge rooms and amazing service
Amazing service. The pool was beyond beautiful! Hotel even has a free shuttle service to take you downtown running every hour. Rooms are so spacious!

We loved our time at The Phu Beach Hotel. Our room had direct access to the large pool from our patio. Additionally, the room was very large and clean. One of the nicer hotel rooms we had during our travels in Thailand. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Krabi. There is not a lot of places walking distance from the hotel, but the hotel provides a shuttle to the nearest beach.

Nice hotel near the airport
The hotel is a gem in the sea. The price is reasonable, the room is spacious and the pool is just a step from the balcony. Everything you need for a good vacation. There are massage and restaurants opposite the hotel and islands hopping too. Its quiet and less hectic compare to the other resorts near beach. A pleasant stay and will definitely come back for more.

Great swimming pool with pool access
The swimming pool is very nice with music.The most attractive part is all the rooms are pool access. Besides, the breakfast is not bad and have variety of choice.The hotel is very new and have a nice environment.I love the view of this hotel so much. However, it is far from Ao Nang Beach,you will definitely need to rent a motorbike (200 batt/day) opposite the hotel since it is not easy to get Tuk Tuk or Taxi. The hotel provides free shuttle service every 2 hours which are not very convenience.

One of the best hotel! Serious talk we will stay again at this hotel. The hotel 100% same like the picture. All the staff really really kind and very helpful. Really convenient location and free shuttle is good too. We also tried the candle light dinner set at this hotel and the food is really delicious. Will come back for sure.

Great quiet spot
Clean, quiet and private with a great wrap around pool.Staff were friendly helpful and professional.Shuttle service was a bit thin as I mentioned- every 2 hours and doesn't start until 11:30 a.m.

This was the best stay of call the hotels we stayed in Thailand. Food was good, service excellent, room was comfortable, big and clean and the pool was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good experience. we will definitely visit again.

This hotel could be much better if they improve the breakfast.It says breakfast included but is very poor and limited.In 12 days we had the same breakfast everyday,the only tea that they have is black tea and that one only on request and no maple syrup at all when they served pankakes or waffles either.On the other side the room was well sized,nice comfy bed,and the housekeepers were outstanding.I was dissapointed that they charged us 50 baht for breaking a bottle of water which you can purchase in 7\11for 14 bahts and they only informed us when we checked out.I think if you are a respectable hotel you don't charge people for breaking a bottle of water which was complementary but you will more likely charge for causing damage to the room,like a lamp or a vase or something that you eat or drink from the minibar.On top of that they asked when we checked in to pay 2000 baht deposit.I offered to leave them my credit card but they declined.It makes no sense to block 2000 baht and get the deposit back on the day you leave as the money are no use to you anymore.A plus is the fact that they provide a shuttle to the beach and back as the hotel is pretty far from Ao-Nang area and they have also next to the hotel a place called Meet Up Cafe and Bistro where they serve excellent food compared to the hotel,probably the idea is to spend your money there.We have done our laundry across the street with 40baht/kg and paid about 200 baht for something that the hotel will have charged 2500.

Perfect stay even though its not by the beach as the staff was helpful and friendly. Not to mention the fantastic pool right at your doorstep. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was quite good too.

Nice hotel overlooking mountain
Nice spacious rooms with access to swimming pool.. my kids throughly enjoyed the stay. Most of the staffs were friendly . Breakfast spread was good. Although the location was a bit off, the shuttle service was there to make up for it. Just plan your outings in advance so that you can use the shuttle service back to the hotel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again.
