"HORRIBLE PLACE! This place is run by a crazy woman who should go to a mental hospital. I do not recommend it to anyone! Communication with her 0 points. You feel like you are in a mental hospital and not on vacation. There was an incredible stench from the sewage in our villa every day. It could not be solved. Moldy bathtub and shower. Varana Hotel Krabi

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful time at the Varana! We will definitely come back if ever in Thailand again. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hydro therapy was such a treat and I have had nothing like it before. We loved the restaurants and the Olympic size pool. A special thank you to Pand! Thank you staff."
