Reception was really helpful and friendly. Good shower, comfy bed,, two bottles of water upon arrival and good air conditioning, The location is excellent. My only criticism was that the pillows and bed cover had a rather sour smell......body odour I guess but give the cover a wash and replace the pillows and all good. The room was large, but basic. The "town view" was somewhat uninspiring. The breakfast was adequate. It was probably cheaper to take a taxi to and from the airport rather than use the pick-up service offered. For foodies the night market was excellent and the hotel is right next to the fruit market. Breakfast was very good. Very clean. Super nice family that runs hotel...they also helped us book tours and rented scooters. I would not hesitate to stay again. For partying stay in Ao Nang. This area is good for markets, shopping, massage, food. A little noisy at night but not unbearable. Just a few steps away from the Night Market. I know the typical food is awesome, but give a try to the Pizza Company, inside Vogue Shopping Center.
