Room was clean. Not enough pillows but we’re given more when we asked. Room was extremely HOT at night. They have the thermostat locked so you can not lower it. Not a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast buffet was good. They also only give one key that has to be inserted into wall to make everything work. If someone wants to go out while others sleep then it becomes an issue.

Awesome stay

An absolutely fantastic stay. The pool was lovely and I think the eco initiatives of the hotel are fantastic. We upgraded and got pool access rooms, they were phenomenal. The only issue at all was the hard beds!! The location is great too

Couple of nights away

Only stayed a couple of nights and really only slept there but bed comfy and we requested a quiet room and got exactly what we asked for, walking distance to shops and bars

Fantastic hotel

Fantastic hotel. Great pool, staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel has eco friendly policies like refillable water, no plastic bags in bins etc. the food is good, location is excellent. Only 10 minute walk to both beaches.

Loved the hotel atmosphere, spacious rooms, Asian design, felt like was going back in time.. great breakfast selection, fresh fruits, ground coffee.. Exceptionally nice staff.. thank you Nan, Mind and everyone else for making our stay special 🙌 Hotel location is great, close to shops, night market and boat connections to other beaches.. The hotel gym needs renovation vow.. also the bedding and robes in our rooms were quite worn out..

Very nice experience from start to finish, as we only stayed one night. We rented a room adjoining the pool, which was very convenient and unique. I will definitely stay here again in my future travels. Breakfast was nice as well. They also have a locking bag area for your bags.

Always use this hotel when using krabi airport...come here for 2 or three days ..fantastic pool ..large room with comfy bed and in a great position for everything ...can walk to the streetfood night market ...catch a longtail to the islands .... Enjoy 😊

Enjoyed my stay there!

It's a really nice hotel with competitive price. Clean, comfy, staff are very friendly and helpful. Welcome drink is a very nice touch! Room is spacious and clean, the only small complain I have is the lighting of the room is too dim, if I want to read something, it's very difficult for me to do that. I would definitely return to this hotel!

Hotel was overall ok, a little tired in places and sometimes the service was a little slow. We were given a voucher for 15% discount and was told we could put food and drinks on the room and claim this when we checked out. Unfortunately when we checked out we were then told this could only be applied if we showed the voucher at the bar every time we ordered. Bedroom was cleaned thoroughly each day and the pool area good.

Very hard and uncomfortable bed! Strange design on sink which was located outside of bathroom with a too short water faucet. Good breakfast and staff were very nice and service minded, so overall a nice visit! Not so nice for a smoker, as you are basically referred to the street… very much different from other hotels in the area which have ashtrays on balconies and in pool area etc.

it's a decent place with super friendly, accommodating and attentive staff. the rooms could definitely benefit from an update. the lobby area is great though, if the rooms matched this vibe it would be tops marks from me. the location is unbeatable, very close to everything but not right in the middle of it, which you will appreciate as Aonang can get very busy and loud. as a comical aside, our room included a "conplimentary open mini bar", which ended up including just 2 cans of coca cola and was never replenished.

I somehow imagined the hotel to be on a larger premises than it actually is, however, this is probably more my than the hotels problem. Locationwise it is pretty much right in Ao Nang, which has pros and cons. Pro is for sure that it is in a very busy and buzzling area, other hotels, bars, restaurants, shops, massage places etc. are very nearby. Con is for sure the location, it is not a quiet and relaxed beach resort, if this is what one seeks. The staff is very friendly and attentive as in all places in Thailand I have been to before.

The room was very nice,well decorated,bid one, location is exactly in the middle between two central areas, all services are around. Good choice for breakfast,good pool with pool bar. Noise isolation was not good though, we had a room infront of the main corridors and it felt like people were talking in our room, but they were just passing by outside. Also hotel does renovation of the main entrance right now, so it was very loud during a day,but it seems like they are almost done. Missing restaurant at the hotel to be honest, just room service. But as we understood they were building some area for it.

Great chic resort with an awesome pool!

The name chic best describes this property! The room was very cool looking and comfortable! Had a small patio with a swing, table and chairs and hanging rack for wet clothes. The room had great AC and a comfy bed. The wifi service was a little slow but not horrible. The breakfast was decent with options similar to most hotels I stayed at in THailand. The pool was really nice! Very clean, big and also looked great. They have a small gym that has very little. However, when I was jet lagged and woke up at 5am, they opened it up for me and i was able to get a work out! I accidentally left my headphones by the front desk when I was waiting for my grab. Asked them to ship them to my hotel later in my trip. They gladly mailed them! Cannot say enough good things about this resort! Would definitely stay again!

Nice mediun size pool but too warm water in February due to low depth and all the day in sun without shade. Friendly and helpful reception personnel. The rooms have electric mosquito killers which was s big plus. Excellent Android TV with big flat screen and wifi. Excellent breakfast. Two slow coffee machines had problems all the time, which caused a long queuing of coffee. Rooms are old fashioned, worm and need to be renovated. This hotel is rated as a four stars hotel, but is today not more than a three star hotel. Rooms look like if they were twenty years old without no face lifting. Corners of the rooms are dirty. Rooms are also very dark, lights are bad. Bed was specially designed style, but not good for sleeping. No free space for luggage and clothes. You need to put them on the floor or on the small tables. Wardrope space is missing. Cleaning is not working well. The cleaner lady forget many times the cleaning and changing of towels and water bottles of our room. Most of the personnel din't understand English at all. The receptionist anyway speaks good English.

Great hotel if you don’t mind it being Asian style with decor in red in almost everything. It can become scary for some people but for us it was fine and beautiful. Room are spacious. Everything work great. The pool are great. The front desk are extremely helpful and kind. The down side are they only give you 1 key for each room so if that an issue for you then be warn, it was not a big deal for us. Just kinda have to wait each other to do thing tho. Also if you get room with 2 floor; I can’t remember the name. The upstairs room kinda noisy from the wood when walking. So far we have great experience except when we went to the pool bar and order drinks. I usually stay with beer so no issue but my husband got mojito cocktail there and it not drinkable. By the time he tasting it, our bartender left and a new guy were there we nicely tell him if he could remake or make us something else because it doesn’t taste like mojito … talking from my husband who has been over 30 countries and have countless mojito in those countries. The bartender got back to me oh it because it different color sugar. Talked like we never have mojito before. It’s not about sugar, it the entire taste. It doesn’t cost anything to remake and for us he should remake it. We tips people more than the food or our drinks cost so it’s not about the money but it’s about principle. The drink were full when we left but he could careless. I really not appreciated that at all.
