The room I stayed in was large and had everything I required. It was serviced daily and always very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, without being obtrusive. It is within walking distance of two beaches, a wonderful Thai restaurant (Kodam Kitchen, down the stairs at the end of the building) and right next door to a massage place. The bed was a little hard, but definitely not the worst I have slept on. The shower took a while to drain, and the screen doors sometimes were hard to open, which is why I have not given full marks for room condition. The value for money was excellent. The breakfast is basic but provides enough for a good start to the day.
