Excelente atendimento

Ótima estadia, o local é um pouco afastado das praias da região, mas o hotel dispõe de um serviço de translado que facilita, além disso o aluguel de uma motocicleta ajudou muito no deslocamento, fazendo com que a distância não fosse um problema. Certamente eu voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.

Nice clean room, kind staff

The room was clean, air condition worked, everything was fine. They stored our baggage for free and when we returned from the beach in the afternoon they offered to us to take a shower before we travel to our next stop, which was well appreciated.

Tidy clean hotel but slightly further out

The hotel is tidy and clean and staff are very friendly. The only issue is the location. It is a bit far from the main area where the shops and restaurants are. The hotel offers free shuttle to Aonang beach but sometimes you have to pay a tuk tuk to get back. The tuk tuk drivers at Aonang beach are a big scam. We were told it is 100 baht to get back but been charged for 200. The driver first took us to a wrong hotel and asked for 100. We told the driver it is not the hotel we told him to go then he looked at the map and asked for 200 we argued with the driver and the driver threatened us to call the police. The hotel later offered to pick us back after our unpleasant experience so stay if you think you can deal with the gangsters or asked the hotel to pick you up at the end of the day.

chambre horrible

chambre a coté de l'accueil avec un climatiseur qui fait du bruit comme un hélicoptère toute la nuit, impossible de dormir en plus du bruit de la route car la chambre est a côté de la réception. pas de possibilité de changer de chambre sauf pour une autre en face avec les mêmes défauts malgré une réservation de 5 nuités! la directrice m'a proposé d'être remboursé et de changer d'hôtel, chose que j'ai accepter. Cela n'empêche pas le bon empacement de lhotel (a 15mn a pied de la plage) et si vousaurez une chambre loin de l'accueil.

Fint hotell lite utkanten av so Nang. Men att det låg i utkanten var inget problem för oss för hotellet skjutsade oss varje dag till stan om man ville det.

Nice place, great host!

This is my second time staying here. So that says a lot to start off with. Fon the lady that runs Nemo house is great and extremely helpful. It is quite basic but for what you pay it's a lot better than a lot of places around. It is a bit out of Ao Nang, but they have the tuk tuk and will happily run you back and forth. Would I stay here again yes, unless I wanted something more upmarket.

Hôtel un peu éloigné du centre ville et de la plage même si le transport est offert gracieusement par les hôtes. Le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel semble très élevé par rapport aux prix appliqué localement.

Nice quiet area close to Aonang beach

The room itself was spacious and clean. There are only 6 rooms on a single floor so you get very good service. The airport shuttle will take you to the hotel for 150 baht in a shared van. There is a free shuttle (tuk tuk) service from Nemo house to Aonang beach (where all the tourists go for shopping and dining). It takes about 7-8 minutes to get there. A little far but we enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the free shuttle was very convenient. No need to buy a Thai SIM card - we just told the shuttle driver to pick us up at a certain time, or politely asked the people at the restaurants/cafes on Aonang beach to help us call the hotel. Convenience store and a few food stalls just walking distance from the hotel. You can find lots of brochures in the hotel, but we ended up booking them at Aonang beach. Ask multiple tour agencies for the best price! Overall - great value! Recommended for couples or groups of 3-4 (since the tuk tuk can only take that many in one trip).

Первое, о чем хотелось бы сказать, так это об управляющей отеля, готовой помощь вам во всем: от экскурсий, которые, кстати, покупать у нее намного дешевле, чем где-либо в других местах, до транспорта и местных рынков. У нее мы заказывали завтраки (100 бат), состоящие из яичницы, тостов, салата, кофе или чая, очень сытно, удобно, вкусно и недорого. Приятно удивила уборка номеров, о которой мы даже и не подозревали, так как из-за невысокой стоимости отеля не ожидали такого, меняют воду, полотенца, моют пол, заправляют постель. От отеля предоставляется бесплатный транспорт до пляжа, можете сообщить водителю или управляющей, во сколько планируете вернуться с пляжа в отель, вас заберут. Открыли для себя кафе "Стейк у Лао", открыто с 18.00 до 22.00. Приятная обстановка, лучшее обслуживание, приветливый хозяин, самые вкусные рыбные и мясные стейки (обязательно стоит попробовать фирменное блюдо повара). От отеля остались только положительные эмоции, отлично отдохнули, советуем этот отель и вам :)

Pěkný hotel, vstřícná recepce.!

Zdarma voda na pokoji každý den, pokoj byl vždy čistý a uklizený, wi-fi připojení také bez problému, recepce. Zavolala taxi, poradila a pomohla.

Value for money

Great value for money. I stayed in Nemo 2, which was a new building. Very helpful staff and free ride to the Ao nang beach every day. There is a cafeteria nearby to have a breakfast.

Great location, rooms and the best staff!

We stayed in Nemo 2 and had the best time so much that we actually extended our stay. Fon is lovely and her and her staff cannot do enough to help you and always are up for a chat or general help. The free tuk tuk service to the beach is great and they will also take you to other close by places. Laundry is excellent at 45BHT per kg and comes back smelling great and bike rental is cheap and safe. Rooms are super clean and are cleaned daily for you, with big beds and fresh sheets and towels. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here - it's brilliant!!

Relaxed, nice place with amazing staff

Had an amazing stay here. The owner Fon is a lovely person, she really helped with arranging everything and gave us information when we needed. Really made you feel welcome! The other workers were lovely too, even if they didn't really speak English. Overall, clean nice room. Shuttle service to ao nang made the location perfect as well. I would definitely recommend!

A little further out than most hotels around au nang but they provide free shuttle to the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms are clean.
