La télécommande de l'air conditionné ne fonctionne pas, la chambre est plutôt sale (boutons de lumière sales par exemple). La chambre sentait l'humidité. Did see one cockroach in my room in the morning after I turned the lights on , but managed to get it outside the room without killing it. And after 3 weeks in Thailand it was the first one I saw . Bathroom was clean shower had hot water. We arrived early so had to leave our bags till 2 pm for check in which was expected anyways. The only thing I would comment on is the trip booking service wasn't much of a privilege as I expected it to be cheaper than street vendors or tourist information centers. We managed to land much better deals with the travel agency right off the street beside the electronics shop. even the van to airport was the same price as everyone else so still no saving if I book it with the hotel or not.
