A really great stay for the price! We stayed in a room with the bath tub on the porch and it was a lovely room. Really enjoyed sitting in a cool bath and relaxing after days out exploring. Very friendly staff and we had great Thai massages at the on-site spa. I also messaged ahead whether we could check in early as we were getting an early flight to Krabi, and this was upheld. It is around a 10/15 min walk to the beaches, with various food options nearby. The area is a more budget area of Thailand, worth bearing this in mind as there isn’t a lot of luxury properties or eateries nearby. Would recommend!

I booked with Deevana Krabi Resort as the reviews looked very good compared to many others in the same area, it's pretty close to the airport at only 40mins drive away which is a bonus on transfers. Check in was easy & simple process, the room they gave me was close to reception and right next to a pool, with some lovely grounds surrounding the property. The room was spacious with a huge bed, could have slept 4 people in it, air con was very powerful, also a fridge, a good sized toilet room, and a large walk in shower, wi-fi was available from the room, but had to re-log in a few times, only downside was not a lot of storage for your clothing, just a hanging rail with a few hangers, but I can make do for a week. Breakfast was included in my package which was close to reception & there's a whole host of food and drink on offer from 6.30am, the food was good and tasty and very good standard, all in all I really enjoyed my stay there & would go back as it's in a great location with everything close by and easy to get to.

Don't go standard. Do the upgrade
First I stayed in the standard room which was like a cave. No windows except on narrow one next to the door. Third night i changed to the next level up which was a lovely room. Just don't book the standard . Several pools which is nice.

This was a bit of a strange post Covid experience. We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite, right next to the pool at the far end of the resort. The grounds and the room were beautiful. Nice escape from the busyness of Ao Nang. However, the one side of the resort was closed off due to repairs on the other pool, which was fine. But our side also had no restaurant or bar and it seemed almost abandoned. We had to go to the Deevana Plaza just outside the resort for any of the amenities. Quite frankly, I thought they were one and the same until I asked for a transfer to be closer to the hub of activity. This is then they informed that the resort and plaza were two seperate places. In the end it was quite fine. We loved our stay. The pool, our suite and staff were lovely.

My second stay here. Overall, very nice and comfortable room. Pool is perfect, breakfast spread is not huge but very adequate and delicious. But I had to wait over an hour for check-in, which wasn’t great. The area around the hotel has also been ravaged by covid and all shops have closed, so it was a long, dark and scary walk back to the hotel (for a solo traveller) at night. The hotel does offer a shuttle drop off at Aonang, but it would do better to also offer a pickup from Aonang too. I would definitely stay here again though. The staff were friendly, rooms (and that huge bed!) were very comfortable. I enjoy my stays there very much.

What an amazing property! Multiple beautiful pools with very quaint bars, dining. I felt so nurtured. Felt like I was in heaven. I wish I could live at this hotel! I loved the private hot tubs outside my room! The rooms were beautiful, clean and upscale. Beautiful decor and great service! Hidden away from noise of city!

Very good stay
The resort is very good and very modern .Meet my expectations. There is 2 pools which I never use but look very good .Its very quiet there and you really feel relaxed.Its only breakfast which I think could be better very poor variety and melted butter ievery day .Oerall I recomend the hotel but book without breakfast its plenty food around.

It was great place to stay beach was a little walk but still wasn’t that bad as you had plenty of shops to walk past to keep your eyes and mind busy. Stayed for 6 days and felt comfortable.

Perfect stay to end a memorable trip
I stay in AoNang every January and have to say this hotel is up there with the bestI have stayed in. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, good value, great breakfast, nice relaxing space in the grounds around the pool and the staff were very friendly. A solid 9+ in all areas !

Unhelpful reception
We stopped here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon, check in was smooth and was given welcome drinks and shown to our room. Once in the room the hotel staff explained and showed us everything we needed to know, which was really good. I did email the hotel to tell them it was our honeymoon before the trip, but they didn’t even acknowledge it when we checked in, there wasn’t anything in the room either. Every other hotel we stayed in on our trip made an effort with us, but not this one. The room we had was really nice, very spacious and it had a nice bath on the balcony, however there was no privacy on the balcony, especially our balcony, so I’m not sure how your meant to enjoy a bath unless you’re a naturist! Our room was right at the top of the hotel near the breakfast restaurant. The hotel host at check in (I think he was the manger) said we had a room in a good location, I’m not so sure though, as it was quite a trek 2 or 3 times a day up to your room. On our 3rd day we came back from a island boat trip, after walking all the way to the top of the hotel to our room we found our key card didn’t work. We was shattered after being out since 6am so we went to the pool bar to ring reception and ask them if they could bring a new key card for us. I spoke to the lady at reception and she said I needed to walk all the way back down to reception and bring the card to her so they could see what’s wrong. I knew what would happen, I would walk down there and they would check it an

Terrible customer service. We continuously had to call for assistance because we didn't have hot water in our shower. We asked one of the staff for a local dinner recommendation and he said "at the hotel". Could not have been more displeased. Have tried to contact a manager to discuss the terrible stay and have not received a response for almost a week.

A few nights over Christmas
I felt like the resort makes itself look a lot more luxurious on the Internet than what it really is in real life. It’s nice that they had happy hour at the pools but the quality of the cocktails is not worth the happy hour prices. The room is comfortable and I enjoyed having f the outdoor bathtub to do our laundry in. The rooms could do with thicker foliage for privacy... it’s hard to sit naked in the bath without everyone else seeing your every move. The breakfast was good and had good variety. We ate a pizza for lunch which was really good.

This hotel is tucked away behind the Ao Nang night market. Nice and quiet location. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the Manager at the restaurant. We went for breakfast everyday (included) and really enjoyed it. The only downside is the pool closes at around 6pm (I think). So we weren’t able to go for swims after coming back from our day excursions. But we would recommend this hotel.

Pool bar and customer service were really good. The staff were quite loud in the mornings, woke us up a few times and many mosquitoes in the room. The breakfast buffet was catering more for lunch food list.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Quiet pool area next to our room. No noisy kids. Convenient location to access restaurants, shops and beach. Didn't like reggae music by the pool. Room was a bit dark.
