House of Mosaic is a one of a kind hotel.On our arrival at the front door, we were warmly greeted by Fernando, who is the owner of the property. He showed us to our room which happened to be the honeymoon suite.
He gave us a tour of the room and explained how everything worked and answered all questions we had. Showed us where extra supplies were kept in case we needed them.
He even offered us the use of two beach chairs for when we went to the beach.
He also had prepared a light meal for us consisting of local food and sat with us at the bar gave us tips on how to get around the island. He was very friendly and showed a great interest in our stories of where we live in Canada and how we moved there from our birthplace. He then gave us a tour of the house and the gardens ect.
He was genuinely pleased to welcome us as guests in his home, and we felt like we were staying with family and friends.
I would recommend House of Mosaic if you’re looking for something different from the regular hotels.

Everything was amazing we had an issue with booking and after it was resolved we still had an amazing room with an amazing view. I really appreciate all of the help from the front desk staff. All the amenities on all properties were amazing and the infinity pool DJ and bar was amazing!! Everyone was so nice oh and the breakfast buffet was really delicious and the other restaurants on the property. I had lamb lollipops that were so enjoyable I miss them from time to time. I will be booking again!!

Beware of Hyatt timeshare salemans waiting for you at check-in. They make it seem as if this is part of the check-in process. When in actuality they're trying to get you to commit to sitting in a timeshare presentation, this is not a good way to start a vacation.
