"The rooms are a little older but the view more than makes up for it. Large rooms and windows. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to transportation ,food and shopping. Star ferry is close. The view of the harbor was amazing. No better view."

"We had a slight unpleasant check in experience with the staff. Miko took the initiative to contact us and she goes above and beyond to take care of us for the rest of the stay. "Promenade and harbour view on a high floor is unbeatable. Great gym. Great swimming pool with views of the HK skyline and harbour magnificent. Space clean rooms. Housekeeping is on the ball. They’re friendly and very helpful too. Lots of dining and shopping within walking distance to and from the hotel. Excellent options. All staff from every department we came across with were all friendly and very helpful. Been to your home several times now. You have seemed to improve on every visit. Thank you. God bless."
