The room is extremely small and narrow. Not much space to put any luggages. There is no fridge in the room, no free coffee or tea packages, just 2 bottles of water. The reception office is very small and dark. Surprisingly packed with a lot of customers. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nearby streets there are lots of restaurants, bakeries, shops and malls. Also there is a subway station nearby.

My 3 week stay in Hotel ease Mong Kok
The service is swift and nice. Staff and cleaners are polite and helpful. Only once or twice drinking bottles and tea brush were forgot to be replaced. However, problem were fixed up quickly with no delay.

Great hotel for short stays
The hotel was fine overall. It was a bit tight as is expected in HK hotels. We had the 3 bed room and only had 2 carry on luggage between the 3 of us. It was still a struggle to find a place to put the suitcase to open it. The room had areas that smelled like a wet rag. If we didn't have the AC on the whole time, the smell became a bit much. The area was great and due to the protests, a lot of shops were closed. Ordinarily, this would have been a more vibrant area instead of shuttered store fronts.

Traveling from Canada made a mistake on the dates of booking and accidentally booked it for present day in HK , spoke to the staff and tried to get reimbursed no luck and said we kept a room for you so they can’t refund . I know I made a mistake but didn’t even stay the day or night at the hotel . Clean but small 50 sq feet room , for the price you can get a full size hotel room and maybe even in a better area . Experience was fair !

It was quiet and security to each level was perfect. I don’t see people without hotel’s card can Enter the premise . Room was not spacious , in fact, most of hotels in Hong Kong are less space in rooms. The price I paid for is no complaints. Easy to access the major transportation and food around. Bathroom was fit my size about 200 pound guys. Clean and comfortable bedding.

Excellent location, clean rooms and bathrooms, metro is right around the corner. Haven't had much contact with the staff, but they were helpful and cheerful when needed. There was a water heating pot in the room but no coffee packs or tea bags.

Convenient location, helpful staff.
Pros: The hotel is about a 30 second walk from the Yau Ma Tei Metro Station (B2 Exit). It is very close to Nathan Road, super convenient to restaurants and stores nearby. They let us store some of our luggage there for one week prior to our stay, as we were off to Japan for a week. There was good water pressure for the shower, and there were 2 nice pillows per person in our room. Cons: Be sure to specify if you want a double bed instead of a twin bed on the reservation, otherwise they may try to charge you extra for the double bed even if you selected the "double or twin bed" option. The room was a bit mildewy and musty smelling, not sure if it is from the plastic on the floor, or the perhaps the walls. My boyfriend didn't notice the smell but I have a sensitive nose.

Easy stay
Brand new building, formerly inn hotel, quick check in (no need to fill up forms or recall your details or fish out your credit card or pay a deposit, although hotel general info said prepare to pay at check in, well, we prepaid/precooked) near two metro exits along Nathan rd, near bus stop to airport, affordable room rate, there is a safe in the room, two bottled water provided daily, clean. No complaint at all and HK is expensive!

It is very near the Yau Ma Tei MTR Station Exit A. The rooms I booked are well kept. There is an electricity socket adapter available to be used. The wifi is fast. Lots of restaurants are available within the vicinity. If I'll be back in Hong Kong, I'll still book here.
