"It's an average everything at this hotel, in a state of decline, a travelers hotel right off the freeway. Free parking, pool, gym, decent restaurant, good value. Nothing more."

"Everything was good except the shade in our room on one of the windows was broken and couldn't close. We were in room 318 a corner room. It was for a handicap person and I didn't choose those types of amenities for our room. The bathroom floor to the shower was dirty and was coming apart. We tried to switch rooms but it was smaller and I couldn't get my money back for the downgrade. Other than that it was a good place to stay and the staff were amazing especially the woman that moved back from Minnesota. "

"It was nice to have a crib provided and it served its purpose. The room was nice, however, I feel like a bit more attention to housekeeping (dish towel was tattered and had human hair wound up in it); the carpeted floors weren't thoroughly vacuumed (our 15 mo old daughter is good at finding little bits of debris and hair that didn't belong to us); the dishwasher wasn't secured in its place, but it was still functional. The staff was kind and helpful We just did some grab and go for some baked breakfast items and they were pretty good, and as expected. The pool was out of service due to health code issue apparently, as relayed by a staff member. It was unfortunate as we were looking forward to some time in the pool."

"To start with, travelers have NO IDEA where to park their cars, until After check-in. I have a feeling that necessitates people having to walk a Long distance just to get to the lobby - which is on 2nd floor. From the outside looking in, and not seeing a lobby is concerning! 2nd, the person checking me in did not mention anything about services, such as a continental (or otherwise) breakfast, how to select tv channels, when is checkout, is there a pool?; if so, when does it close. he gave me the keys - period."

"Hotel staff were polite. However, they struggled to keep everything stocked at breakfast and couldn’t keep towels stocked in the pool area. The WiFi definitely needs an upgrade! "
