The Perfect Villa
We have been several times now to this villa. You can tell a perfect villa by how many returning guest use it. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from the normal tourist area of Paphos, excellent selection of restaurants, many family run, you have to look no further then this villa. Easy to visit anywhere on the island. Barbara and her team make it a perfect place to relax and at hand to help with suggestions of places to eat , visit and make your holiday one to remember. We can’t wait to return next year.

We had a fantastic holiday in a superb villa! The size, location and facilities were excellent and our property manager was first class - great support and flexible on check-out timings which was extremely helpful. The TV and wi-fi were excellent (I have never seen so many channels or access to online movies) and the kitchen equipment and BBQ were great! Only thing that could possibly improved ids giving longer timers on the aircon for night time use in the summer. Overall, fantastic all round.

Brilliant villa
Great villa, everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. Pool, a/c, sun beds, TV, BBQ etc etc Car essential as it’s located on quiet residential area. Short drive to local restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc Short drive to Paphos in one direction and bit further to Limassol in the other direction. Very clean and great welcome on arrival.

First family holiday in Cyprus
We had a great holiday at villa Alexia. Great location close Secret Valley golf club and very accessible to the villages of Pissouri, Mandria and Kouklia. Excellent food options in each of these villages. It's also just a short car ride into Paphos which was ideal. Barbara is really helpful as property manager and gave us a thorough run down on the local area and attractions. The property itself is superb with 3 spacious bedrooms and an open plan kitchen, living and dining on the ground floor. It's also really well equipped for all eventualities. The pool and garden area are fab and the pool is serviced regularly. All round a great option for a holiday to the Paphos area.

First class Villa in pleasant and peaceful location
Villa Alexia is situated in a quiet area just outside Secret Valley so a car will be of advantage. The Villa itself is superbly equipped, with all the amenities on site for a complete holiday. We especially enjoyed the en-suite bedroom balcony for relaxing in the evening sunshine and swimming in the well proportioned pool. The surrounding villages provide good evening entertainment and restaurants especially Gabriel's Tavern in Kouklia and Kentpoikon in Mandria. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Thanks to Barbara and Ellie for making this holiday memorable.

Fabulous villa
Villa Alexia has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Cyprus. The accommodation is clean, well equipped and situated in a very quiet location. The gardens are very attractive surrounding a lovely pool which is very warm when heated. It was a perfect base for exploring the mountains on bikes.

Perfect holiday at Villa Alexia
My wife and I decided we would rent a Villa somewhere in Europe for the month of August. We were so lucky to find Villa Alexia in Secret Valley. Our initial discussions with Ellie and the welcome meeting we had with Barbara set us up for a fantastic stay. The Villa is very comfortable, fully equipped, a lovely pool in a south facing garden. The neighbours are all very friendly with plenty of amenities nearby to enjoy including golf clubs, beach clubs and water parks. We will definitely want to revisit and if Villa Alexia is available we will not hesitate to book again. Thank you again for your hospitality and for letting us stay.

Lovely Villa
Communication with the owners was great from the start and Barbara, the manager, was on hand for anything we needed. The villa is very comfortable and has everything you need. We were there for two weeks. The is great and there was a selection of games and dvds. Kouklia is a lovely area and good for access to Pathos. Must dos if you have kids is the water park in Pathos and buffet night at Gabriel’s in Kouklia village. We hope to return.

Lovely Relaxing Week
We stayed at the villa for a week in early July and found it very nice, The rooms all had good air con and the outside pool area was quiet and sunny. The property is as described and in a nice quiet area. You do need a car as the complex is remote but only 30mins drive to Paphos harbour and 45mins to Coral Bay beach. No issues that effected the enjoyment of our holiday at all and communication with Barbara the manager was good and responses were very quick. This is a very nice villa and good value for money.

Excellent position away from the crowds
We have visited before and we always feel welcome coming back. Villa is in a quiet area 10 minute drive from Paphos. Every thing you want is provided in the villa. Easy access for plenty of very good restaurants, at affordable prices. Gardens that surround the villa gives you plenty of space for sun bathing or shady areas if you prefer. Air conditioning keeps you cool at night in the hotter months of the year. Barbara looks after the villa and is easy to contact for any problems you may have and has a great team who work with her. Owner always replies to any queries during booking process very quickly and is very helpful with any questions you may have. A excellent villa to rent. Plenty for children to do as near attractions and excellent pool for families to use.

Villa you will want to come BACK TO.
We have stayed here before. It’s a ideal spot if you want a quiet holiday, with lovely villages around that have excellent taverns to eat at. We have the pool heated so lovely temperature to get into and spend a long time in it. Lots to do in this area and very easy to get into Paphos if you want a bit of tourist time. You won’t be disappointed with the villa. Well equipped and Barbara, who looks after the property is always on hand.

Lovely family villa
We had a great week in this lovely villa. The pool was fabulous and the gardens around it are pretty special. We loved the family feel. The villa is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a family getaway - with a cupboard of toys and games, every kitchen utensil you could need and comfortable beds. We hope to be back.

Expectations exceeded beautiful villa
The villa definitely exceeded our expectations this time, lt set in a lovely village in between kouklia main village and pissouri. Airport and paphos just being a short drive away! Villa is lovely and clean with all the you would need. Ellie was always on hand before and during to answer any questions and was very quick to respond. Barbara the villa manager was on hand very quick if you had any problems and is also a wealth of knowledge for Cyprus. We have been for the last 5 years and know our way around but she kindly told us about a few place we hadn’t heard of, this made for our adventure for this year. If you want to eat out there are some lovely places in kouklia village and mandria village as well as a host in paphos. And lists of lovely beach bars on the coast road. Can’t wait to visit paphos again and villa alexia is definitely on my list to stay again.

An A+ Villa
From inquiry to staying excellent service. Owner very quick to get back to me. We have stayed a few times now and have booked again for next year. The villa is in a idea spot for peace and quite . It is well maintained and Barbara is a excellent host during your stay. We had the pool heated even though it was very hot this year. I am not one for cold water to swim. We made a lot of use of the pool. Plenty of restaurants near by but would recommend a car. It’s far enough from Paphos but you can drive in 15 minutes if you want a tourist area. The owners were very flexible and accommodating with our booking with the virus and willing to change dates, but lucky for us we made the holiday this year.

We stayed in the Villa for a week and it was beyond amazing. It had everything one could possibly need and want on holiday and more. Communication with the owners was great - replying to everything very prompt. Airconditioning worked very well. Pool was spacious and lots of pool toys on site. Would love to come back.

Lovely villa in a beautiful location
We have had a lovely stay in the villa, visiting lots of the local villages, with great atmosphere and food. Barbara manages the villa and she is fantastic, giving us lots of local knowledge and any issues where sorted quickly. Great communication with you owners during these uncertain times (COVID-19). All of the locals have been really welcoming.

The villa is absolutely stunning and the equipment provided was great. The pool and rest area setting is very relaxing. Perfect holiday villa for families
This is a beautiful villa located in a lovely area, very safe and peaceful, 20 min drive to Paphos and 10 min drive from airport, very easy to find with the directions Barbara, the villa manager, had sent. The villa came equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for your holiday and is very well looked after. We were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped it was down to kitchen equipment, water cooler, British plug sockets, kids games and a huge selection of pool toys/ inflatables. As a family of 4 we found the villa to be very spacious with 3 good size air conditioned bedrooms. The pool was excellent and we opted to have it heated which made it the perfect temperature for kids to swim all day and evening! We took up the offer to hire the pool towels which was great and would definitely recommend this to save luggage space. The gardens are beautifully maintained and are a lovely feature to this villa as the palm trees offer plenty of shaded areas to relax. All in all I have nothing bad to say about this villa, it will exceed all expectations and made for a beautiful holiday in Cyprus. We will definitely be returning to Villa Alexia.

Lovely Villa in Golf Resort
We had a really lovely relaxing holiday in this well-equipped villa in Secret Valley. Well located in reach of Paphos in 20 mins and some great nearby villages and tavernas as well as the local facilities at Aphrodite Hills. The villa itself has three good sized rooms, is fully air conditioned and is surrounded by lovely gardens. The heated pool was very nice too and meant we could use it anytime at all. All in all a really nice way place to stay - we will be back!

Ellie the property owner and her property manager, Barbara, were on hand to answer any questions we had. Barbara visited us on the first morning to see that we had settled and answer any questions we had. She gave us tips about where we could go and what we could do which was very helpful. We LOVED the pool and all the greenery that surrounded it. Although there are other villas nearby, we had peace and quiet, and privacy. There was lots of space in the villa. Aircon for when it was too hot outside. A BBQ for enjoying al fresco dining. Lots of pool toys to keep the kids amused. DVDs for kids and adults and table football and a selection of games when we needed a break from the sun. You do need a car to get here but it is handy to have a car anyway so you can go off exploring. We loved it!

Excellent villa
Lovely location, near enough to Paphos if you want a tourist area but very quite golf resort. Excellent places to eat in nearby villages. Our second time in this villa and will be returning again. Garden has plenty of places to sunbathe and lots of places for shade as well. Pool very clean and we had it heated and it was great just getting in to swim. The steps are great as it makes it so easy to get in and out. Villa had everything you need for a vacation and is very well looked after. Although the villa is in a golf complex it is very private. Plenty of space and bbq if you fancy cooking outside. It’s easy to get to any where in Cyprus from the villa and although not far from airport you don’t get noise from the aircraft. We had a excellent holiday staying in the villa. Owner gets back very quickly for any questions you have booking the villa.

Excellent Villa and location
This was our second visit to Villa Alexia in August 2018 and as per the previous year the standard of accommodation and facilites was excellent. This was aided by the extremely helpful Kathy and Bill, on hand for advice and to sort any problems. As a family of five (2 x adults, 3 x children under 13) we have found the Villa an ideal holiday home with everything you need and ideally situated to make the most of the Paphos area. Excellent Villa in quite location
One of the best villa’s we have stayed in. You can spend all your time in the garden. Plenty of loungers all around the garden and pool, so where ever the sun is you will find a lounger. We had pool heated for our stay and it was well worth it if like me you don’t like cold water. We were in it every day and it was great to swim when we got back from a day site seeing. Good size table to eat out side. Kathy and Bill were so helpful looking after the villa. No thing was too much trouble. Even though we had been to Cyprus before they still gave some ideas about local villages to eat meals. A perfect holiday and even though we spent 3 weeks here we can’t wait to return again.

We had a fantastic holiday ! The Villa is modern , clean and extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly want. Incredible amount of toys , games , dvd's and a fabulous Internet tv service gives you everything inside to guarantee a relaxing holiday . Outside a private and immaculate garden with more than adequate seating is just a haven . No matter where the sun is you can catch it and the highlight of course has to be the pool. Once again pool toys and inflatables are plentiful . Kathy and Bill who look after the property are warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. Although there are no shops, restaurants etc in the immediate vicinity you are only minutes away from the charming villages of Kouklia, Mandria and Pissouri. Would we return - yes, yes, yes. Ten out of Ten without a doubt !

We Stayed in villa Alexia at half term October 2018 the Villa was clean tidy well presented and in a quiet area. Kathy the property manger was very helpful and friendly. The pool was cleaned during our stay and is well maintained a good size . The sun beds where well spaced and we used all the garden. The facilites where all easy to use and all worked. The welcome package we ordered was most welcome as we arrived late at night as the location is isolated. The local shops were closed when we arived. A car is a neccessity as the nearest shop is approx 4km away . The location is great as the motorway is 1 km from the villa giving easy access to all the local tourist areas. A stunning villa in a beautiful location
We had always used travel agents before and had never booked direct with the owners, never again Ellie and Ian made this process so simple and the communication and assistance was excellent. The villa was stunning, equipped with everything you could want for. The pool was fantastic and very welcome during those hot Cypriot days. Beautiful villa in a quiet location
My wife, my 3 children and myself stayed in this lovely villa for a week (12th to 19th April). The villa was an easy fifteen minute drive from Paphos Airport, very easy to find even though we arrived in the evening. The villa has everything a family needs, from comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen to a huge selection of dvds for all the family on the days when the weather wasn't so great. The pool was a reasonable size which the children enjoyed, but a bit too cold for dad & mum!!. We visited a few places (Aphrodite Hills, this was a lovely resort for the children and plenty of places to eat &drink. Mandria was a little village a short drive away which has a few lovely restaurants. We also visited Pahos the tourist area end, it was beautiful and we chose to eat at a restaurant called "the deck" which we would truly recommend, the food was amazing as was the views). I would also like to mention Kath who met us at the villa the following morning, she was very pleasant and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble when needed. This really was a home from home and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family villa in a beautiful area. We will definitely be back in the future. Fantastic Villa In Quiet Location Ideal For That Relaxing Holiday We All Need
The property has all the facilities you require, just drive to the local supermarket for your favourite drinks and snacks and let your holiday begin. The Villa has everything form a water coolant to a kebab stick in the kitchen. There are high chairs, plenty of toys to amuse small children in and out of the pool. There are board games and cards to stimulate the brain when you need some time in the shade.The DVD cupboard has a whole range of films to suit pretty much everybody everyone, but the internet TV allows you to catch up with most programmes.The book case has a selection of books if you run out of reading material. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron so you can definitely keep under your airline's luggage allowance. The house is clean and well maintained with a reasonable sized pool and lovely gardens with plenty of sun beds. Ellie who owns the property is lovely, she is prompt with responses to your questions and is happy to advise you on anything relating to the villa and its surroundings. There are some great places to eat within a 20 minute car ride from the villa, so car hire is essential to get the best and will save in the long term on taxi fees and giving you the flexilibilty to come and go as you please. Kathy and Bill who are your contact's while at the Villa are a fantastic asset, they certainly helped make our holiday all the better.An English couple who have lived out in Cyprus for eight years and so can help you with most issues you may have during your stay in Cyprus.They definitely for us got the balance of being there but leaving you to it perfectly right. Relaxing, well-equipped villa
We had a lovely stay at Villa Alexia. We had a 3 year old and a 87 year old in our party and found the villa well suited to both age groups different needs! The villa is particularly well stocked for children. Communication from Ellie prior to the holiday was fantastic. Kathy and Bill were also very attentive. A lovely villa that we would recommend.

Traumvilla in toller Umgebung
Mitte April'22 haben wir gemeinsam mit unseren beiden Kindern im Alter von 6 und 8 Jahren insgesamt für 11 Nächte in der Villa Alexia gewohnt. Die Kommunikation vorab und während unseres Aufenthalts mit Ellie und Barbara (Hausverwalterin vor Ort) war immer sehr hilfreich und ohne jegliche Verzögerungen. Die Villa ist wirklich sehr großzügig und auch der schön angelegte Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. An Ausstattung fehlte es uns wirklich an nix. Das absolute Highlight der Villa war für uns (vor allem unsere 2 Jungs) der beheizte Pool. Gerade im April hat die Poolheizung dafür gesorgt, dass jeden Tag ohne zu frieren im Pool geplantscht werden konnte. Die Villa befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet mit ausschließlich vielen weiteren Ferienvillas. In dem Wohngebiet selber gibt es nichts weiter zu sehen, jedoch ist insgesamt die Lage perfekt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung, Die tolle Stadt Paphos ist in 20min zu erreichen. In dem kleinem Nachbarort Kouklia (10min) gibt es mehrere tolle Tavernen, Die Akamas Halbinsel mit der gleichnamigen Schlucht und der Blue Lagoon sind auch in 30-40min erreichbar. Der Aphrodite Rock liegt quasi direkt vor der Tür...

Beautiful Villa in a nice and quiet location
Our holiday was postponed two times, because of the corona restrictions. Now finally after 22 months we are able to visit our holiday address at Villa Alexia, located in a beautifull, safe and peaceful area, 20 min. drive from Paphos and 10 min. drive from the airport. The villa is equiped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for your holiday; it is nice and clean and very spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. We paid extra for the poolheating; so lovely temperature to get into. Villa Alexia is perfectly located to visit Troodos Mountains, Limassol, Paphos or Latchi. Great holiday villa with large, well maintained garden and swimmingpool
The Villa was well equipped. Especially the airconditioning in the sleeping rooms was very welcome when the outsite temperature was about 33 °C during the day and 24 °C in the night. Further we only used the large kitchen in the house because we spend most of our time in the beautiful garden and the swimming pool when we weren't sightseeing Cyprus. The garden had sunny places but also palm trees and a lot of parasols to sit in the shade. Even the car could be parked covered. The lovely key keeper of the house was easy to reach and very helpful. She gave us good tips what to do and where to eat in the neighbourhood. The villa is also well located for sightseeing Cyprus. (close by to several attractions and a few minutes drive to the highway to Pafos / Limassol) The property owners were also very friendly and answered all our questions very quick. To be short, it is a great villa and is absolutely worth 5 stars.

Villa très fonctionnelle avec un très beau jardin fleuri. Gros point positif pour le chauffage de la piscine qui permet d'obtenir une température très confortable même par temps frais. Propreté impeccable, beaucoup de documentation disponible, cuisine bien fournie en équipements, sièges autour de la piscine nombreux, confortables et en bon état, moustiquaires fonctionnels,... Superbe villa!! Tres bien équipée et super propre interieur et extérieur.
Il y a tout ce que l on peut souhaiter pour de bonnes vacances en famille : proximité plages et lieux historiques, jeux pour enfants tout âge interieur et exterieur, belle piscine, petite aire en pelouse, appareils pour écouter de la musique, TV + collection de DVD (meme si cela ne nous a pas servi), proche de petits circuits de randonnée, zone rsidentielle. Just one word : perfect! 👌
