The only area for improvement was noise, as there was a low humming sound from the bathroom ceiling and corridor noise could carry into the room at times. With a bit more attention to soundproofing, the guest experience would be even better."

"The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407 which they still haven’t done. "
