Very convenient and the breakfast is also nice. The front desk staff are extremely friendly. I came early to leave my bag first, then leave my bag at the front desk after checked out. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though we couldn't speak Japanese and they couldn't speak much English. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean.
