飛行機の遅れで予約したものの、代替え機の手配が付きすぐにキャンセルの連絡をしたにもかかわらず、キャンセル料全額かかりました。規則とはいえ、そこは柔軟に対応してこそリピートにつながるのにね。もう決して利用しません。

Nice place to stay. Big room

Very nice place because the room is big. But the iron need to change the new one. My blouse already got a big hole because of the iron. The remote tv also cannot be use. Other than that, nice hotel and nice staff.

Good hotel with very affordable rate.

Good hotel with comfortable bed. Maybe need a little renovation & painting. Location is suburbs, less then 1 hour to city center if the road is not jammed. Near to 1Borneo, UMS, Menara Tun Mustapha, Governments Offices & Hospital Likas. Car parking is limited.

Pleasant stay, no problem. Will come again.

Overall good hotel. Been here once before. No problem. And they still requires a copy of the booking voucher, but they just request us to email it to them and they can print it out. They need it for record purposes I guess. Besides that, no problem and was a pleasant stay. Will come again.
