The bed and pillow were old and uncomfortable. The room itself has the bare basics and no window. The shower was powerful and excellent. There is no hot kettle in the room so you must walk to the outside of the lobby everytime you want cold or hot water. The tv had only one movie channel in english, and the tv screen was like a desktop pc monitor. The staff was very helpful, and it was easy to use Grab from that location. It is a short walk across the street to the mall for food, but the selections in western food are severely limited. All the surrounding shops are chinese or very spicy. I don't really appreciate the way all 3 ladies at the counter eyeing at my family just because my 2 y/o daughter throw some tantrum. The way they talk and respond to my questions is rude just rude. The room is dirty. Below the bed I can see dust like it was never clean forever. The picture showed inside website are good but when u see it yourself.
