I read great reviews but sadly, we were unlucky. The room was so dusty, not clean. The deluxe king seems like a deluxe queen. Our room electricty keeps tripping. For a deluxe king, the room is small, i think we were given the wrong room coz we requested differently. I liked the interior and the fact that it was located next to Imago. Staff was not friendly and served with a smirk. Perhaps it was because we were locals. Their shower was not working properly and no matter how long we tried to find a sweet spot, it came out scalding hot. I ended up not showering. We checked out and informed nicely that the shower seems to have an issue and the reception shouted to another staff regarding the issue.
