Also it is away from the traffic jam of town center. Especially important if you have trips out of town every day. Very easy to get Grab rides and there are also restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Hotel is pretty new, so in good condition. 2 major issues: First is the room I stayed, water release very slow through the pipe in the shower room, but not blocked, water still can be cleared off after shower done. You can get almost anything here, super market, groceries stall, laundry shop, cafes, and lots of local food stalls.
